We had another company inspect our Heat Pump and the representative told us that we needed to buy a brand new Heat Pump for $20,000. We called for a second opinion so we called Myers. Jamie arrived and thoroughly checked our system and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it, and the other company was trying to take advantage of our ignorance. Thank you very much! Five stars to Jamie!!

The technician from Myers who serviced our home. He was kind, polite, & helpful. He was able to diagnose & repair in the same visit when our heat was not working. Thankfully we only needed our thermostat replaced. He provided us with the booklet & made sure it was working before he left. I appreciate his care & attention. We did not have to pay anything over & above our home warranty call fee.

I can not speak highly enough of Jarrell and Pemch. These two young men were extremely polite and professional. Amazing work ethic working nonstop for six hours. These two men exhibited some of the best customer service skills that I have experienced in a very long time. Thank you for a job well done.

Placed a request when our heat went out through our home warranty company, and they connected us to Myers. Settings up a time for them to come out was easy, they came the next day, diagnosed the problem quickly. We had to wait for parts to come in, but they came to repair it and everything is working great! Friendly staff on the phone and great technicians!

I had an issue with my heat pump, and American Home Shield contracted Myers to handle the service. From start to finish, Myers was extremely professional, timely, and communicative. They kept me informed from the initial contact through completion of the work and followed up to ensure everything was addressed properly. The prompt attention and level of customer care truly stood out. I’m very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I've been doing business with this company for almost 4 years. I receive an email every Monday asking if we have any reclaimed refrigerant for pickup. I respond yes to the email and we never received the pick up. My office manager calls later in the week to get a pick up, they never come. I call to get a pick up, a week later, and they never come. I call again this morning and I get a lecture on how we don't spend enough money with them. Then they call the office and list the amount of money we spent with them over the last 4 years. Completely unprofessional. DO NOT do business with this company. All they want to sell you is a R-22 drop-in refrigerant called 421A. Don't do it. It's snake oil and it doesn't work. Trust me, we tried it.....

Very educational refrigerant seminars. I been buying 421a in place of 22 and the results are fantastic! Follow the instructions for 421a and the results are there. Thank you! BTW they came out with a 421a unit now appears to be built to last. You need 421a they will get it to you same day as long as you call at a reasonable time if not 1st thing in the morning. Like the service!

Truck drivers!!!!! Parking lot is small with all of their trucks in here and they have just done some patch paving. I ended up getting here at 5 am and backed in from the road. Will update with unloading info after done.

Came out to see what was wrong. I thought I would need 2 new parts from a friend looking at it a couple of years ago when this same thing had happened. Worked fine until it didn’t. I thought I was going to have to get a new insert but just a little TLC and all is well

I've used Valley for years and was somewhat reluctant to stay after new ownership. I spoke with Tim (new owner) to schedule my annual maintenance and a couple of days later Tim shows up personally to perform the work. Top notch leadership, great workmanship, and excellent customer service. Tim surpassed my expectations.

I love Valley Heating and Air! Very helpful and always there when I need them. The new owner is very friendly and has a great team. I just got my new unit serviced and my yearly plan makes it easier to take care of it, and is reasonably priced.

The communication from Valley is awesome. They stay in touch with you, text you and email you about your appointments. The service folks even call when they are headed your way. They are very polite and explain things well. This business model should be used by every other business.

The guys did amazing work. They took the time to explain what they were doing and also were very professional. The quality of work is great as well.
