Jarrell was great, he made the repair and explained everything to me in detail. He didn’t replace items that I didn’t need replaced and I felt he was honest.

I am very satisfied with the service from Myers and have been for years! John and his assistant provided great service on 12/17/2025.

Our home warranty assigned Myers and we were a bit apprehensive because sometimes they send second rate companies. However we were very happy with Myers, they were very professional, came when they said they would, the technician asked me a few questions regarding the symptoms and stated this probably was a blown capacitor, and took off the cover, utilized his meter and proved this was correct, had the part with him and 20 minutes later we had cool air again, we couldn’t have asked for better service.

L'Darius was on time, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. He explained everything that was going on and serviced the unit properly!

The guys that came out were very friendly and super efficient. They also cleaned up after themselves and made sure to answer any questions we had.

Myers was very quick to respond to my request. They arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner.

Meyers was great from start to finish. They called to schedule quickly and even got us in sooner after a cancellation. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He explained everything clearly and even spoke with my husband over the phone. Customer service was excellent they followed up after the visit and explained the 30-day return policy through our home warranty. Highly recommend!

I have a scheduled spring and fall checkup every year. Had my spring checkup this time. Reasonably priced for two units twice a year. Brandon was my tech and he arrived within the time he said he would be here (actually a little early!). Quick, courteous and very helpful. I would definitely recommend these guys.

American Home Shield booked this company for an included free inspection of our HVAC.

First problem? Their earliest appointment was over a MONTH out. For a routine 30 minute inspection? Ridiculous! What if I had a REAL problem? Would I be sweating for two months?

Problem 2? They CANCELLED our appointment WITHOUT notifying us! Now, the window for our free inspection has expired, and we had to file a complaint with AHS. Strange coincidence?

OnTime got here the SAME DAY and gave us a discounted price.

Strike 3: the bubba they sent out pretended he “never heard about” our Honeywell Y8150 Fresh Air Ventilation System with TrueZONE® Damper. Pretty standard equipment from what I’ve heard. We had no idea if this unit was functioning.

Gave up on Myers and called a REAL HVAC contractor to get things done.

The brass at Myers needs to do some serious soul searching. I won't ever call them again for anything and cannot recommend them.

The technician was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained the issue with my furnace and corrected the problem. I was very pleased the service.

They came out and troubleshot our heating system. They informed us the control board was malfunctioning and ordered a new unit. Once it arrived, they called to schedule the repair and were on time and courteous.
