Kevin repaired an older unit multiple times while I was in the process of purchasing the home. After my purchase was complete he and his team installed a new Bryant heat pump with zone controlled Wi-Fi thermostats. He even cut a tree down for me while there installing the new unit...couldn't be happier with the service I received!!

My home warranty company contacted Massey to fix my air conditioner late on a Friday afternoon. The service repair person contacted us only a short time after the dispatched and had the air conditioner fixed quickly. I am thankful for the speedy response.

The AC in my home was broken and Massey Mechanical came out within a couple of hours after my call. The technician was honest and professional and didn't try to up sell me on parts I didn't need. They fixed the problem within half an hour. Great value and I feel so blessed to have found them

I called Kevin last night at 5.30 and let him know my downstairs unit was not working. He said he would come by as soon as he could. Well he texted me at 9.15 and asked if it was to late to come by, I told him I was still up if he was not wore out from the day. He was at my house at 9.45 PM My unit had froze up ... he fixed it and refilled my freon ...

If you need anything,, Kevin is a honest person, heck we called him one time and it was my breaker that had popped. he turned it back on but would accept any money, but I did slip some cash in his truck before he left. "time is not free"

Its hard finding Honest people these days, but I have found a good Honest A/C man !!!

Thankful for these guys today! Our AC stopped working last night, called them this morning, and he was able to work us in today!! Showed up when he said he would, reasonably priced, fixed and cleaned everything that needed to be. (I’ll be honest, my husband spoke more to him than I did, but considering I’m sitting in an air conditioned house within an hour of him showing up is pretty awesome!) Don’t hesitate to use Massey! I am so thankful I found Kevin! Our AC stopped blowing cool air on Friday night, but the first appointment we could get with our usual AC folks wasn't until Monday. I asked for recommendations on Nextdoor and someone mentioned Massey Mechanical - I sent him a text just in case and he responded super quickly despite being out of town. He came by today (on a Sunday) and fixed the problem. We'll be using him from now on, no doubt! Thank you, Kevin :)

Massey Mechanical was assigned by my home warranty company and I plan to continue service with them. They fit me into their schedule on the same day the request was submitted even thought the scheduling lady made me aware that they had a full schedule for the day but she would check in with the technicians to see if they could fit me in at the end of the day. They let me know well in advance of their expected arrival and arrived right on time. The men got to work quickly and had a diagnosis within just a few minutes. They rushed off to get parts before everything closed at 5pm and were back within an hour and had the unit back up and running. I could not be happier with the service we received.

I absolutely love Gabby at Massey. We work together on the daily in helping my residents get their HVAC needs met. She is professional, personable and kind!

Kevin and his guys did a great job installing two AC units for us. They look great and they work great! He also repaired two attics fans for me that haven’t worked in 6 years. If I called or texted and he didn’t answer, he promptly called or texted me back. He took the extra time to explain and make me feel comfortable with the products we chose. I would highly recommend giving him your business.

My experience started when Kevin answered the phone. He was professional, courteous and empathetic. He scheduled my appointment for a tech to arrive within 2 hours of my call. Every minute counts when you're without AC in Alabama in the summer. The tech, Ronnie, was very friendly, courteous and professional also. Even more, he was very experienced and quickly diagnosed the issue. Great experience. My recommendation would be to HIRE these guys, you won't be sorry!

I was introduced to Kevin through a coworker 4-5 years ago. I had someone I thought was taking care of my ac unit but was actually lying about the services he said I needed. Kevin came to my rescue and reassured me my unit was going to be repaired easily and not cost what I had been quoted. He has become a great friend. 🤗He always comes to my rescue ASAP. He has taken care of several of my neighbors, friends and even family members. He is always very reasonable with his fees for service. I can never say enough great things about Kevin. He is very trustworthy. 👍👍 He’s the BEST!!!!

I have been calling on Kevin for all our heating and air needs for at least 3 years and have never been disappointed. He works on our primary residence and rental properties. I like that he always gives us different options that we can choose from based on where we are financially and also that he will fix anything he is able before trying to just sell you a unit. Kevin does great work and is dependable, I recommend would him to anyone.
