Got 3 quotes to get our gutters fixed and protected. LeafFilter seemed to be the best fit for us. Competitive pricing with the only system that offers maintenance free, which is what we were looking for. Salesman, Michael, came out promptly and was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. Installation happened just a few days later and completed in 1 day. After the first few rains gutters are performing perfectly!

Leaf Filter uses 3rd party installers and sells a cheap product very expensively. Our was installed incorrectly--they trimmed our front shingles. Back gutter was too high causing water syphoning and a ceiling stain. Avoid. Look at the deformed gutter caps after a few years.

Mr Walker provided us with a fair and detailed quote for gutter protection. Within a few days the job was complete and then rain came. Talk about timing. The system worked as advertised and we are extremely pleased. The high degree of technical knowledge and high level of professionalism shown by Mr Walker is greatly appreciated by us. The first estimate and they communicated with me the because I was replacing just a section that the color may or may not match completely but the color was a very good match. LF was put onto my radar via recommendation. Sent Dakota to my home for inspection, who was knowledgeable and efficient. Gave me a reasonable quote using my existing system. Installers arrived and were in and out in just a few hours. Warranty was a breeze as well. Great service, very swift, would recommend.

Rude and pushy salesman. Demanded my wife had to take off work to hear his full pitch. After I told him our schedules wouldn’t allow us both to be present he refused to give me an estimate for the work. He just kept repeating how great the product was and all the incentives to make a sale. I also caught him saying something under his breath on the ring camera on his way out. All I wanted was a job quote, but he couldn’t do that until me and my spouse were “educated” on the product. Horrible experience. Shout out Scott

I would not use leaffilter ever again. They are rude and do not do what they say. I hope if you are going to get gutters you don't use leaffilters. They will rip you off
If I see anyone that I know that is going to get gutters. I will tell them to use anyone but leaffilter. If you don't believe me you are in for a big surprise. Over the years I have used other companies for different products and they are the worst. I wish I had gotten information about them before I used leaffilter

Great salesman. While he was persistent, he did respect boundaries and know when to stop giving his pitch. Which for me personally earns respect. While I may not be buying on day one despite the great discounts. I will be returning when I'm financially ready.

Needed all the gutters on house replaced. Sales rep responded quickly to request for estimate. He provided detailed information about product, pricing, and installation. Installers were very good and did an excellent job of removing all the old gutters and nails. Have not had any rain to ensure there are no leaks or other issues. If there are no issues (which I don’t expect) after a good rain, I would upgrade my rating to a five.

We are super happy with our Leaf Filter finished product with the new gutters and leaf filter and the guarantee. Avoid at All Costs – Overpriced and Poorly Installed

LeafFilter is an absolute disappointment. The product they install may sound good in theory, but the reality is far from it — largely due to careless and incompetent installation. In my case, they installed the downspouts inside out, which has led to persistent algae buildup every year. Even worse, they reused my old brackets instead of installing proper supports, a clear sign of cutting corners.

The local office has been completely unresponsive. When I finally got in touch with a manager, I was told that since my one-year warranty had expired, I’d need to pay just to have them inspect their own shoddy work. Whether a problem shows up in one year or three, if it’s due to poor installation, they should take responsibility — not hide behind the fine print.

To make matters worse, LeafFilter is massively overpriced. They charged $20–$34 per linear foot for gutters and guards — something you can have done properly by a competent contractor for a fraction of the price. Seamless gutters typically run around $6–$8/ft, and highly rated guards like GutterGlove can be bought for about $2/ft.

Bottom line: You’re paying a premium price for unskilled labor and zero accountability. I’ll also be filing a complaint with the BBB. Learn from my mistake — go with a local professional who stands by their work and actually knows what they’re doing.
