Today I used their attic insulation service to get my older home up to an exceptable insulation R value/level. I have used Crystal Clear Cleaning for several years now and they always do a great job. My siding and windows are just sparkling! Mike Irwin, the owner, is always very responsive and great to work with. The team he sends over to do the cleaning is always friendly, professional and thorough. I really could not recommend this company enough for cleaning of windows, siding, decks, sidewalk, driveway, etc.

Such a great experience with Crystal Clear. Michael was very professional and pleasant when he came out to look at the job. Brice and crew did a great job and were very knowledgeable. Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend. We also plan to have them come back in spring for pressure (soft) washing our stone areas and driveway.

I recently hired Crystal Clear Plus for the second time to clean my windows and presure wash our porches and carport. These guys are polite, show up on time or call if there is a delay, and do a great job. They even let me know of a window that had lost its gas seal which I wouldn't have known, and that was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this company for anywhere in the Birmingham AL area.

We contracted with Crystal Clear to clean some windows inside and outside that required a 24’ extension ladder. Their customer service was great. From talking with the office staff to the tech ( Randy ) that arrived on site. Randy was very professional, informative, thorough and safety conscious, which was our main concern. Based upon the service level we received, we will recommend Crystal Clean for any of your cleaning needs. We are also working with them for some additional services that my wife wants.

Called to schedule an appointment and spoke with a live human being, Shannon if I recall correctly....professional service techs were at my door in less than an hour the same day. Excellent face to face, phone, text and email communication. I had 3 large pieces of furniture thouroughly cleaned and treated. Process was completed in about an hour. Upholstery looks brand new again. Outstanding transaction from start to finish...how refreshing....Happy to highly recommend without reservation. Thank you Dad's....I greatly appreciate your time and efforts.

Pick up was on schedule, a text was received letting me know the truck was on the way, the guys were courteous, ensured furniture and walls were not damaged and worked quickly to finish.

Mike and Mike cleaned my bedrooms today. They were very efficient with the cleaning process. They also repaired a hump in the carpet. I would recommend DAD’S Carpet for your carpet cleaning.

Charlie Cook was our technician. He was on time extremely professional. He did an incredible job making sure that all the carpets in the clinic were clean and perfect. They were recommended to me by a friend and I will highly recommend them also. You will not be disappointed.
