Just had the pickup from Dad's. They were on time and polite. We will see out the cleaning comes out. The rug was delivered today and the results were very good. Sid & Patrick put the rug down in our bedroom and it looks great. Both Sid and Patrick were very polite and helpful. They offered to take the existing rug and pad back to the shop and would make sure someone deserving got it. That was a plus that we were not excepting. I would recommend Dad's for any rug cleaning.
