Derek has a saying ( IT'S WHAT I DO ALL DAY LONG) Schulded an appointment for 3-5pm arrived @ 2:30 only to inform us he had to be somewhere @ 4. Offered to knock out easy stuff and come back next day, or he can come next day and do it all , he admitted the scheduling was a big challenge. We agreed to next day service but decided not to use him for lack of professional commitment to present customer .
