My AC went out so I called iCool because their sister company, iRoof, had done such a great job on my roof. They have a very consultative, professional approach to figuring out which type of AC unit best fits the customer's needs. They were able to come out the very same day I called about it and completed the job only two days later. I would highly recommend!

Icool came today and replaced my 3 ton heat pump and offered me 10 year parts and labor. They offered unbeatable prices with the highest quality. The install crew was very professional and on time. Us homeowners had a great peace of mind knowing that all employees that came to my home were drug tested and background checked. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Technician came out quickly after paying $125 service call. Applied to finance new AC unit on Sunday, called 9:30am Monday to check status, and told that I would receive a call back shortly. Called back at 3:30pm, finance manager gone for the day and no results. I then called another company, they came out Monday for free, got approved for financing and air installed Thursday morning. Finally received a call back on Friday morning for financing but iCool was no longer needed. Had to use another company and got my air installed before even receiving a call back from iCool (Chads AC Direct).

They are fantastic! They were so patient, flexible, and helpful as we worked to get financing approved. I called numerous times with questions. Each time, they responded as if my family was their only priority of the day.

Mr. Brandon was dispatched to our home within 2 hours of calling for heat repair service on a Sunday morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the part (igniter), and had my heat up and running in no time. Perfect because its been in the teens here at night and the unit went down in the middle of the early hours of Sunday. He is honest, great pricing, reliable, and genuinely a great person.
