I've had the pleasure of working with Drew and Garrett twice within the past two weeks. They were very pleasant and professional.

The first experience was their thorough diagnosis of my two HVAC systems that included trustworthy recommendations for issues found. Their focus was more on "repair if possible" and "replace only if necessary. (Often not the case with some companies.)

My second service call to them was just this past weekend. I had an urgent issue that very well could've "derailed" a house sale closing scheduled for two days away. I texted Drew about my HVAC issue at 3:48pm on Saturday. He CALLED me back at 3:49pm to schedule a service visit. WHO does that?!!! I was relieved, grateful and highly impressed!! Drew REALLY saved my closing. I am so very appreciative.

Finally, all of the cost estimates quoted (including the initial diagnosis fee) seemed quite reasonable and within "ranges" that I considered to be fair.

Based on my experience, this company more than lives up to its multitude of "5-star" review ratings. I will definitely use them again, as well as recommend them to friends and family. THANK YOU, again.

Great experience all around. Air went out Christmas evening around midnight. Sent a message and got a response within minutes to set up an appointment that next morning. Drew came out, diagnosed the issue and had the air back on pretty quickly. I made sure to set up a service plan for any future issues that may come up. Pricing was also great. Definitely recommend!

Professional and fast. I had the son and he even checked the freon without me asking. I knew it was low due to a small leak. I passed on a refill because I was ordering new coils. Will have them recharge unit.

I started calling Smith’s at 8:30 this morning(and left 3 messages) regarding our A/C blowing warm air. I explained that it was 90 degrees inside our home and that my dad is bed ridden and very sick and that we need someone to please come out ASAP. They replaced the unit in April 2021 so I feel like they should be the ones to address the problem. It’s 3:11 in the afternoon and I have not heard a word from them. Very disappointing!

Wow, i so glad they were able to take care of the install and repair of our unit. In our situation it was 90+ degrees, and they showed up and completed our installment and serviced it. They were done shockingly fast and we very knowledgeable at what they were doing , i am so grateful for them.
