These guys are incredible! They've done heating and air conditioning work for me for more than 10 years and have always done wonderful work. I'm a home owner and they've repaired and installed systems for me and never disappointed. I give them my highest recommendation.

Clean out was clogged and causing water damage. The service was quick (same day). The service charge was cheaper than what another popular company was charging just to diagnose, and the team didn’t try to force other services. In and out and affordable. Will be using them again for future needs.

Mr. Goggins and his employees did the exact same job for me that I was quoted double on from another local company. The service was awesome and I am thankful for our small town businesses. You have a lifelong customer in my family!

Saved me over $3000. When my a/c units went out due to a power surge, I had someone else come out and do the inspection. They told me I needed a new motherboard that would cost $800 for the one a/c unit, while the other unit had to be completely replaced for $2500. The Goggins website motto says it will beat any price bc the company tries to repair before replacing a/c units. Their motto was spot on. Fixed the motherboard and refilled the freon for only $300. He was honest and upfront about everything, and I have already suggested Goggins to my friends!

Woke up to a warm house- called Goggins at 730am left a message they called back at 8am and were at my home and repaired outside air conditioner before 845… technician was thorough and professional.. he explained his work and answered my question — I will recommend these folks ALWAYS!!!

This is the place that installed my heat pump several years back. It's small, family owned and professional. The only issue I ever had was something with the condenser freezing up. I called, he came and he fixed it I didn't have cash so I asked him if he could take a credit card He said no don't worry about it. Remember the last time someone came to your house to do a job and telling you don't worry about it?

So if I ever need to get another heating cooling system you better bet that im going to get it from here.

If you are looking for a good heating and air company, they are the ones to call! Honest and fair prices. QUICK response. I was told by ANother company my system needed to be replaced at a cost of over $7,000! Goggins fixed mine for less than $300. Good people!!! Some AIR companies just want to rip you off!!

This is the second time that I've used Goggins heating and cooling. I can't stress enough how great of a company this is. My heat went out last night right before Christmas Eve and I called him first thing in the morning and he was out within a few hours to take care of me and my family.

Our air has been acting up right here at the start of the summer and we needed it to get fixed as soon as possible! I looked for recommendations on Prattville’s community page and Goggins was one of the most recommended so I gave them a call. The guys were over here within 10 minutes and identified the problem almost immediately. They went and got the new part and had the whole system fixed within an hour. Super sweet, local, and easy to work with! Now we have a cold house! Thanks so much!

A friend of mine in the heating and A/C business recommended Goggins to me and I couldn’t have been happier. Everybody knows that heating and A/C repair costs are pricey but they were extremely reasonable. I fully expected to pay twice what I was charged. I am a retired 20 year Marine and they gave me a military discount as well. They had the part I needed that was bad (control board) that they salvaged from another unit and gave it to me free of charge. All I paid for was labor and now my heating and A/C unit runs like new again. They’re a small family owned company and they said they prefer it that way so they don’t have to charge big company prices. I stopped by their company office to pay my bill and the owner met with me, offered me coffee, and was very personable. Great company and great experience. I fully recommend them to anybody in the Prattville area.

I've only lived here a little over a year, and this business came up the most about when I inquired on apps/social media sites. Called Monday morning and they were out there 3 hours later to perform my requested service. Took great care of me and taught me a few things as well. Great service, and I will definitely use them from now on. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing. I had the typical home warranty when in the middle of August my ac quit. The home warranty told me after a week that my pump went and they wanted me the pay another 1k+ for freon. well I call Mr. Goggins and he came out in less than 30 min and had it fixed in 30min. he was honest prompt and professional. Good people.
