Absolutely wonderful experience with Mr. Goggins this past week when our AC went out in the whole house in June/July heat here in Millbrook! We called on a Saturday and even though his business hours weren't going to have him open again until Monday, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call back right away with advice to get our family through the night and a time frame for him to come by. He even offered to drop by the same day or Sunday, and I said we should be okay with our ceiling fans to make it to Monday's business hours. He came promptly Monday morning and listened to our experience having just moved into this home with a cold running AC for one 24 hour period and then nothing but muggy air. Turns out our system was from 1996 and had several cracks. I opted to replace everything, inside and out, and he scheduled us for full service just 2 days later. Talk about quality customer service and impressive attention to our needs. I was BEYOND pleased with his pricing, his promptness, his fairness in offering to patch up the old system and get it back to full working order (even though I declined and went with all new), and let me tell you, this new system is the bee's knees. We feel like we got more than we deserved with Mr. Goggins' service. He is a master at his craft and a top rate human being with a heart. LOVE that he is a veteran himself and his sense of humor had us cracking up. He and his foreman are the best in the business. They even had to yank off my door, door trim, and cut me a new floor panel for below my system (old one had some water damage) just to get my old system out and they never batted an eye. He even gave me tips for managing the new system when we plan to rent this property out in a year when we move away. I can't say enough good things about Goggins. He is the total package. It is RARE to find a proprietor who is this honest, reliable, straightforward, kind, sincere, and fair. I'm telling you--the buck stops here. Call him today for every heating or cooling need you might have. The man is GOOD, all around. I honestly wish I knew a "Goggins" in every trade so I could rest easy knowing all my home maintenance needs were addressed so well. If he could build me a deck and remodel my kitchen and bathroom I'd hire him to do those jobs in a heartbeat. :) Absolutely zero complaints! It was also *pouring* rain the day they had to install and they still stood outside in it getting soaked to get my outside unit swapped out. 100% this is the guy you've been looking for. His service has a warranty and my new system does too! I'll recommend him to everyone I meet. Cheers!

My husband and I have been dealing with American Home Shield since our AC went out last night. They gave us terrible companies. We decided to take a look around locally to see who’s out there. We called Goggins on a Sunday morning during closed hours, we surprisingly received a call back shortly after! He happened to be at the office on a day off, we were very fortunate for that. He was able to come out within 20 minutes and fixed our AC unit in about 10-15 minutes! Great local, family owned company, will definitely be giving them more of our business in the future. Goggins is a veteran owned company and they offer military discounts, as well. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Goggins! We had an HVAC unit installed several years ago and maintained by Goggins ever since. It works great and Roy is super with communication.

We have trusted Goggins to service our HVAC systems for several years and they have never let us down! Roy always goes the extra mile to make sure we are seen as quickly as possible. I have faith in both his work and advice. He has never pressured us to make snap decisions about replacing our systems (unlike another bigger name company we previously hired).
When it was time to replace our upstairs unit, he and his crew did a wonderful job. The price was excellent and a couple years later, we have had zero issues with the new unit. Goggins is the first and only place we call now!

I called Prattville heating and air this morning and had a technician named Caleb show up before noon. He quickly diagnosed what was wrong with our unit and had it replaced quickly. Very thankful for this company for helping get our house cooled down quickly and for being professional and efficient. I will be using them again!

I highly recommend Prattville Heating and Air. I contacted Shane this morning to set up an appointment for service at our home. He was very professional and polite and the technicians that came out did a great job. Payment was easy and the price was reasonable.

I would greatly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of heating/ cooling needs. Thy are very professional and work in a timely manner. The prices are very reasonable, I compared prices before choosing this company and found out that they were thousands much less than the others. Our unit is working perfectly ,they cleaned up after the job was finished which was a big PLUS for me. I give them 5 stars.
