These guys are very straight forward polite and courteous. The gave good advice and thoroughly identified my AC unit problem and gave me options. They did not try to sell me a new unit. They did tell me that I eventually would need one but quoted a pride thousands of dollars less that Air Now. They also made realistic recommendations that differ greatly from that other company. They’re very honest.

Smith Heating & Air Conditioning is a wonderful company. We have used them twice before and we have been very pleased with their customer service and work product. They offer troubleshooting suggestions when you call for service and because of that, they have saved a trip out and they saved us money for a service call, two separate times.

Top notch team. TERRI and Ricky are exceptional. Call them when my AC didn’t work and other companies refused to respond and they were out within a couple hours, diagnose the problem quickly and had it fixed even quicker. There’s nobody better than Smith Heating & Air and don’t even bother calling anybody else. They are my forever HVAC company.
