July 20th 2023 I had a new AC installed due to ours having lightning damage. Drew ( I think was his name ) was very professional and on time. The AC has been great ever since and would highly recommend. Thank you !

My HVAC system was just blowing outside air around and causing my house to get to temperatures in excess of 80 degrees. Sleeping was miserable, and I thought I would have to put up with it for another day or two while waiting for a technician to come take a look. Drew answered the phone immediately and was able to come over within 2 hours to take a look and had the issue identified and fixed within 30 minutes. Very reasonably priced and potentially saved me thousands of dollars in replacement costs. Also gave some great tips to keep it running smoothly and without issue along with a peace of mind warranty. Highly recommend!

I walked in my house this afternoon and noticed right away something was wrong with my air conditioning unit. I went into panic mode! (Being in central Alabama in the month of August is all I need to say) I reached out to this company and within 30 minutes of initial contact the owner and his brother were at my home assessing the unit. They realized what the problem was within 10 minutes! As luck would have it, they had the needed part on their truck, swapped it out and now it’s good as new! I can’t thank these guys enough for their very prompt response. These guys and their families were all on their way to the beach but stopped off at my home to help me. I can’t thank them enough. If you need work on your unit, give them a call! You will not be sorry!

I called Drew out a couple of Days ago because I needed a new motor for our outdoor AC unit. Thankfully he responded to our call same day and was able to get our AC up and running a couple days later. His pricing was MORE than fair and I even had the option for financing to get the job done. Our heat pump unit went out during a hot August day right before the weekend. Drew did a great job coming out on Saturday within a couple hours and fixed our unit in about 30 minutes. He was very professional and explained what had went wrong. Highly recommend AirTight!

Extremely recommended! Drew has been fantastic, super professional, great price and customer service. I called AirTight for the first time last summer and they came out right away and repaired the air conditioner in that property. I called them again last Wednesday to take a look at a different unit and he was able to make the appointment for that same day, he replaced the unit today and I could not be happier! Thanks to Drew for replacing our old AC unit outside and in the house a few years ago.. Haven't had any problems.. He came out to do a yearly check on our system, and even cleaned the drain line that goes outside.. Evertyhing was good.. People he does excellent work, I would highly recommend him to everyone.. Drew and his team are top notch...prompt, courteous, and all around professional. Drew came out right away and quickly diagnosed the issue when my grandparent's a/c went out at their home. He was very kind and honest upfront. Took his time to thoroughly explain all options for repair to get us through short term, as well as options for a new a/c unit... including financing options if needed. He absolutely wants to educate and made certain that my grandparent's and I understood everything... a rare quality in work ethic these days. All options were reasonably priced as well...and yes, I did shop around. Drew's kind, honest, professional demeanor and overall cost for a new unit was by far the best in the tri-county area. I had contacted another repair company and the technician was not able to fix my AC unit and was not able to give an estimate on how long it would take to get a part. It was the first of July and already 87 degrees in the house so after booking a hotel room I called Drew with AirTight and he was able to come out in 30 minutes and diagnose the issue and while he didn't have the part he was able to get it the next day and had my air working.
