Heather did an awesome job she answered all my questions set everything up correctly was very professional

DO NOT use this company!! I cannot even refer to it as a waste removal service because they do not remove waste. They have not serviced my area in over 3 weeks and when I call to complain, their answer is that they have too many customers and are unable to provide service to my area. They definitely had no problem charging me for the service that has yet to be rendered!
Only chose the 1 star in order to make this post!
I also want to mention Astrid... she is supposed to be the customer service manager!! huh! she wouldn't know customer service if it slapped her in the face!!

Your worker Demetrius Payne drives the route for my neighborhood in Mount Vernon. He has always been professional and nice. He does his job in a timely manner and does a good job. Thank you.

Brad Stephens (truck 4598) has answered many of our questions on what to do with various types of trash. If I’m outside, he’s taken the time to place my trash can as far up our driveway as possible making it safer for me. Mr. Stephens is always on schedule and has a smile on his face. He seems to take pride in the service he provides and we really appreciate him. Thank you Mr. Stephens.

Joe Davis the operator of the yard waste truck is outstanding! Always cleans up thoroughly. Today after he had already picked up my stuff and moved up the road, he saw me put some more out. He turned around and came back and got it too!

I don’t typically feel compelled to write these reviews like this. They didn’t pick up trash for 1 month due to a clerical error during the transition to their service from another provider. The office manager assured me repeatedly now that they were going to credit my account. It’s been 6 months of waiting for the “credit to show up on my next bill”. They have lied to me, made me pay for services I did NOT receive and agree to but never apply a refund/credit for the over charge. I sincerely hope this feedback in a public forum finds it’s way to someone who cares because they have not accepted any feedback from me when I call/email them. It’s unfortunate my experience is that they are a unprofessional, disingenuous and predatory company. Avoid them at all costs if possible (unfortunately not possible in my case).

Brad, in truck number 4598 is a hell of a nice guy and always makes sure that the garage cans are empty completely and back upright after he empties them. He's also always friendly.

Mr. Kenneth O’Bair and his helper Detrick Brown are always on time in truck 4302 and roll through like clock work and set my trash can back. They are very friendly and professional men, this company is blessed to have them employed!

James Wright on truck #2044 is always very efficient and has the best attitude! The company as a whole is always very punctual and easy to deal with! Definitely recommend.

I called Waste Pro when we purchased our office back in late December for a quote for a commercial dumpster. Jay came out and gave me prices. He said that a site visit would be done and to ensure that the dumpster would work at the location. The next day, I got a text from Jay stating that Waste Pro would not provide us a dumpster because there was no way for their trucks to safely turn around. We have since paid $17K for a 6 inch concrete parking and dumpster pad to remedy this issue. I called Jay back and he said he would have someone come out. Once again, instead of actually coming to the location, I get another text message stating that we could not get service. This is ridiculous and no way to handle business. Any business that spends $17K to get the location dumpster ready surely deserves an in-person visit!!!

Young man always comes through and picks my trash up. He’s pretty cool guy to talk to, very polite and well educated. He drives truck number #444572. Keep up the great work young man we appreciate your services.

Update 2025: still one star because I was on auto pay and now they stopped taking money AGAIN. My info didn't change but they keeps "losing" my information? That doesn't make sense. I'm really getting tired of them.

2024: lost my auto pay information in their system and the driver doesn't like getting out of his truck so now we have to move our cans to the neighbors driveway so he will pick it up. If we are sick or forget, trash doesn't get picked up and we still get charged.

2023:
Had Amwaste and they were great. Now waste pro buys the company and has horrible service I am so disappointed with this whole situation.

The Spanish Fort Alabama office employees are great! Brad Stephen's, my local pickup driver is beyond helpful! When I moved in he made sure I received my garbage cans even when corporate didnt! Thanks Brad!

Today we were in Foley at Home Depot. My kids were sooo excited to see a "big truck" as they call it. The gentleman waved to us and even honked his horn. I guess he saw the delight on my kids faces and was being a good citizen. He left and rounded the building I suppose to get the trash. I thought what a nice man so me and my kids went to the back parking lot also to ask his name so I could leave a positive review for him. He said his name was James Wright I believe.oh and truck number was 2044 if you needed that.i hope you have a lot more employees around like him. Thank you for your time.

We just moved in to our new house. Brad Stephens was friendly, fast and explained all the dos and dones of our trash pick to avoid any potential problems. Very happy with the Waste Pro service and my route driver Brad. Outstanding.

Truck #207 is simply the best! My son loves big truck, when #207 passes by the driver makes sure he waves and that makes him feel special. On top of that he’s meticulous in his works and is a professional all the time. The Edmond’s love truck #207! Pls tell him thank you!

We get our trash picked up by this company and they are wonderful! I am constantly forgetting to pay the bill and never once has my service ended! May seem silly but I have a family of 8 so it’s a big deal! Thanks guys!
Brad on 4598 is a sweetheart!

Truck #4598-Brad does our pick up on Brackett Drive. He is very conscious of safety on our dead end street. Nice to have someone who waves and smiles, too.
