Heather Ward has great customer service . She was able to resolve my issues with signing into the bill pay on line.

Our ministry helps local families in need. One client needed help cleaning their property to avoid fines and possibly losing their family home. Waste Pro was so generous to bless us with the use of one of their dumpsters. They were willing to help a local family in the most critical of situations. Please use Waste Pro with any of your business and personal needs. They care about our community and are a great example of being Gods hands and feet in our world today.

Was happy with the service up until the last 2 weeks. I live in saraland and have 2 cans. They did not pick up all last week. I called on Thursday to find out what was going on. They told me it would be picked up that day by 5pm ( Thursday) I also went ahead and paid my bill that day the 18th even tho it was due the 20th. Thinking everything would be fine since she was sending them to pick up by 5pm. Here we are the following week it's now Wednesday and they missed again! I call and they tell me they dont know why and that they can EITHER pick up tomorrow or I can get an $8 credit. WHAT?!!! I still need you to pick up its 2 cans full of garbage that's been sitting by the road for 2 weeks! Of course I need you to do the job I pay for and pick up the garbage! Now supposedly they are coming out tomorrow with no credit since I told them I'd rather them do their jobs and pick it up rather than waiting 2 more days!! Seems like a 2 week credit AND coming to pick up the garbage would be the correct way of handling this. Very disappointed in this.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Do NOT use this company! They ‘missed’ our trash 4 weeks in a row, but the driver had been marking his records as ‘service complete.’ I called on Monday morning and cancelled my service. They said one crew will pick up the trash and another will pick up the bins, this week. It’s Friday and they still haven’t picked up the rotting trash. That hasn’t happened. They don’t have supervisors to escalate. Now they’re saying it could be 10 days to pick up our trash since I’m no longer a customer and don’t have a contract with them. Worst trash company ever!

UPDATE: 2 weeks later…they still haven’t picked up the trash or cans. Our trash has been in there for 2 months now. 🤢

We have had the service for almost two weeks now. Have not picked us up once, every time we call we get the run around saying it will be picked up today. But each passing day it never gets picked up. I have trash now piled up enough for two more cans full at least. Got a eviction notice because of it but they still don't seem to care.

Brad Stephen’s runs our route- Spanish Fort 0004598. He picks up garbage on a timely manner and is so sweet to our family. He even came to the door to make sure we had everything out that we needed. So personable!

Lynn Wesley came by to pick up the trash bin to empty and return. He was friendly and waited for me to load the last of my garbage as he waited. We should all have more workers with such great customer service!

I would like to leave a great review for Lynn Wesley. He was extremely attentive, helpful, and very polite throughout the entire delivery process. He handled the dumpster delivery professionally and made everything easy and stress-free.

My experience with Eastern Shore Junk Hauling was an exceptionally satisfactory one. The young gentleman, Trent, who was my representative, was highly efficient; he not only was polite and accommodating, but he managed to clear out a very messy carport in a short amount of time, without cutting any corners! If you need junk removal, I highly recommend you call Eastern Shore Junk Hauling. I had him come twice, and it was well worth the price. Also, I should note, I reside in Theodore, and there was no problem receiving service.

They were here on time and did exactly what we asked (tree debris removal) and charged a fair price. Clean cut, honest guys. I would use them again and highly recommend.

This was super easy and affordable, I didn’t have to do anything. Trent came very quickly and removed an old dishwasher, and some rotten lumber, and other “junk.” I would recommend him to anyone!
