The trash men that frequent our street are wonderful. Not only are they good at what they do, but also, they are so kind to us. I have been very happy with our service. Demetrius, truck 444573, always consistently does a great job. I have never had any issues. Everything is done on time and with care. Even our big items like yard waste and special objects are taken care of quickly.

Waste pro has taken over our services from another company. Seems if they wish they can just not pick up the trash when they decide even though it’s paid up. So now it’s a week late and the trash is running over all the bins they are responsible for in my neighborhood.

Brad is the driver of truck # 4598 Citronelle area. We enjoy him picking up our trash. He's a nice guy & talks to us when we are outside. I forgot to put my cans out for pick up this morning I saw him after he passed, As he was coming back up our road he saw me getting out my truck from returning home so he stopped and picked up my can I forgot this morning. Spoke with Melyn when she was working at the Theodore office about an extra can at our home in Coden and within five minutes, she produce an available can to take with me for a minimal extra fee per month! Waste Pro took over our service from another company. Angela Jackson, with Waste Pro, was patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns with the transition in several email streams. She is very knowledgeable and was always courteous. She went above and beyond and helped me in ways I didn't even expect. The world needs more people like this in service industries.

Have problems with this trashy company for a long time. Many times my garbage was not picked up. When you call them they simply ignore your request and never fill out the reports. Each time I end up with a huge pile of trash till the next garbage day.
