Electrical reviews in Theodore, Alabama

Jeremy is very professional, skilled, and fair. I would highly recommend his services!

I cannot thank Lighthouse enough for everything they did for my son and I over the past couple of days. They were prompt and courteous and got the job done well. They even pointed out other problems and helped get them fixed as well. I'm eternally grateful.

Great Service and Friendly,

We could not be happier. We HIGHLY recommend the Lighthouse Electrical Designs Team! We got our old historic home re-wired and they did a great job. They were very professional and treated our home with love. They used drop cloths and even cleaned up after each day on the job, it looked as if they were never even in our home.

K&D

I’ve called Lighthouse twice to have work done. The first time was about 6 months ago. I needed some exterior lights installed. I called on a Friday he took my contact information and I was told he would call and come by on Monday. I never heard from him. Last Friday, the day after Christmas I called because I have a more involved project and want to get an estimate. Again he took my contact information and I was told he would call and come by Monday, that’s today. Well it’s 6:00 pm and again I haven’t heard from him. It must be nice to be able to ignore potential business. If I could give half a star I would.

Great company

Never showed up and never called to change the day/time after making an electrical upgrade..

Worked with Jason on opening up a new business and he has been the most helpful, straightforward person involved. Great work and very efficient.

Love Ms Tammy and the owner

Great service and friendly personal.

Great service great people that work there, very professional

Have used Cain Electric in the past. Very responsive and does great work. Highly recommend.

I asked that they come to inspect a generator on a house that we were purchasing (and it’s currently occupied). They were suppose to call before they got there and told me they would be there Thursday or Wednesday. They showed up Tuesday morning without notifying anyone. Apparently they can’t guarantee that someone calls me back either to explain about the generator.
Lady who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. She told me he would call me this morning. When I called to see about if I could talk to him, she said he was already gone and couldn’t guarantee that someone would call me today.
I’ll be looking for a different company to service my generator.

Cain Electric diagnosed and fixed an electrical issue that several other electricians had missed. The techs were on time, friendly and the pricing was fair. Highly recommend.

We are very pleased with the work we had done yesterday due to damage from Zeta. The office was fantastic about updating us on when the guys would arrive, and they even showed up a little early! The techs were super friendly and explained everything to us before they got started. They were quick and efficient as well. We will definitely use this company again for anything we may need in the future.

Best electrical service around!! Always go above and beyond no matter the time of day. Best customer service and quality work every time. Thanks 😊

These guys did amazing work on my electrical run and hookup for my project. Quick service, same day response and finished it in record time. They will be my go to for electrical needs in the future. Thank you Harris Electric!

Best electrical service around, won’t rob you like most in the area. They are honest, efficient, effective and do the best work. I have tried a couple of companies in Theodore, none of them even come close to Harris!!! Great knowledge, professionalism and quality of care on delicate surfaces.
