They made me feel like my needs were given priortity. The job got done efficiently, looks very professional and the price I was quoted was the price I paid. I had to request a follow up on an additional problem that arose the same day, a service tech arrived promptly and fixed the problem and did not break my bank. I highly recommend Hanson for electrical and a.c./heating needs both of which that took care of for me.

My experience was also excellent. I can't say enough about how professional and courteous everyone was when I finally had to replace my AC unit, after 30 years. They responded very quickly. I like the 10 year warranty for parts but also a 10-year warranty labor and annual inspections included. Five thumbs up. :)

Tim came out to estimate a possible generator modification. Very knowledgeable, informative, and professional, yet friendly and easy to talk to.
Gary and Adam serviced my generator. Also professional and friendly, which is sometimes hard to find in today's world. Very happy with their service.
Hansen will be the first call I will make, if the need arises in the future.

I recently used Hansen Super Techs to service my HVAC system. Roger D, was the technician that serviced my unit. He was professional, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and was available for followup. Because of his expertise, I will definitely continue to use Hansen for all of my HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

Casey was ABSOLUTELY the best and his partner with him. They corrected issues that had been going on for a while. He was thorough and ensured everything was working properly before him and his partner left. They went over everything they did and why before they left and made sure I understood the work they performed. Beyond committed in getting all details of every problem experiencing and making sure not one problem wasn’t corrected. Given I never give reviews, good or bad, this team deserves an exceptional review for the work they did and correcting issues.

Called Hansen for an estimate for an outdoor outlet installed. They sent their tech Will out immediately. He was great, gave me a prompt, fair estimate and when I was ready came out to do the work. Great customer service and work. Exceptional company will definitely use for future needs.

5 stars for these two young men. Andrew & Adam installed my upgraded meter panel as well as my generator electrical. They worked flawlessly together to complete the task in a timely manner. They were prompt & courteous and more than happy to answer the questions I had. They cleaned the work area of all debris. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the work they performed.

I signed up for their annual whole home standby generator maintenance contract ,and have been very pleased over the years. Well run office and appt process,follow up, and the tech who performs the scheduled maintenance, Gary, is very friendly, thorough and professional. Very satisfied.

Really impressed with everything involving Hansen Electric. Friendly office staff and service reps. Adapted to the complex install and multi-step process without extra charges or repricing offer. Very near work area in my home and vacuumed up all dust and debris when complete. Price for work was excellent and well below other estimates I received. This is a case where very best costs less.

Initially, they were going to schedule me for a few days away. After I described the problem, Candace thought it was something that needed immediate attention and worked me in the same day. The guys that showed up were young. However, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They found the problem in less than 5 minutes. The repair also took took roughly 5 minutes. They labeled my fuse box so in the future, I’d know which breakers were to what. I would definitely use them again.

I am very impressed with how smooth everything went and how professionally everything was done. I contacted them via website thursday evening, they followed up with me the next morning and had someone out that afternoon to do an estimate. I had my estimate prior to the tech pulling out of my driveway via text and email. They had what they needed to do the job in stock and scheduled the install for the following Monday morning. Though they gave me a three hour window, the technician arrived at the top end of the window and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. I have not had a chance to test out my new manual transfer switch but, if their professionalism is a indicator of their quality workmanship I am positive I will have zero issues.

We put in an emergency call to Hansen Electric who installed our generator, due to poor installation, a water leak cause our generator to fry the transfer switch. Today is Friday they are telling us the soonest they can get out here is Monday. That is too long to wait for an emergency call. Don’t recommend!!!!

Fast, reliable service!! We use them for home generator service. Gary is an awesome person and great service tech. With this company, they are fast and reliable with great customer service. We needed repairs prior to hurricane season and other companies would not service until season was over. We called Hansen and they came right on out. Again, great company!!

It's been a year since the above post.
Gary came out to do a generator check. Gary comes out twice a year for maintenance under their affordable service plan. Gary is very professional and personable. He goes above and beyond. I really don't know what we would do without him!!

Dave came out literally within 30 minutes of calling. Was very polite and good energy. Replaced a light fixture for me.

Had electrical outlets installed and had a dishwasher wired for outlet. Will and his helper were very polite and knowledgeable. Got the job done in one day and got done for price quoted. Very pleased with service. If ever have anymore issues they will be our go to. Thanks again.

Hansen has a very polite and efficient group of receptionist and appointment schedulers.

We have worked with both the plumbing and electrical staff with projects at our home. I have found them both to be excellent communicators with the project at hand , good communicators with the appointment timetable and very respectful of the homeowner.
We have worked with Tyler in the electrical department and he reflects the value of fair and good work , attention to detail, appreciation of the homeowners' questions or concerns , and a value of going the extra mile

Prompt, friendly, quick, and professional. I can't say enough about what great service Will and Hansen Electric provided. I just called yesterday (Sunday), and they called me back right away and scheduled for today. Will gave me an estimate - and then was able to do the job on the spot. He was completely finished in an hour, and was very responsive and helpful while here. This is how all home repair/service should be. Many thanks - we will definitely call Hansen next time too!

We initially called a competitor that has an office in our community. We had high hopes for the competitor until they gave us a quote. My brother has been telling me about Hansen for years. He uses them for everything and now I see why. Hansen came out and gave us a great price and the work was done on time and done right. I am really disappointed with Hansen Electric. I purchased a 20kw generator about 3yrs ago and recently just purchased a complete central AC unit. I recently had a generator problem and called Hansen. They told me that they no longer had a certified Kohler technician and couldn't help. They also wouldn't help with getting an extended warranty. I feel that they got my money and dropped me like a rock. Their customer service needs a complete overhaul. They have lost any future business from me and definitely will not get any recommendations to use them.

I’m very pleased with this company.
I needed an estimate to install an electric tankless water heater. They arrived on time, they were very knowledgeable, and they explained everything very well. Within the hour, they had communicated with another Hansen team to coordinate the plumbing side to get this job handled.
But my favorite part of the entire experience was their manners! I’m old school and I appreciate that. These guys were very respectful and they had manners.
