If I could give 10 stars I would! John was recommended by a close friend. I thought it would be a costly job but John fixed it like it was nothing and he also fixed my mom’s issue too. He was so sweet and he gave us wonderful food recommendations as well lol! I recommend him to anyone with an electrical issue.I didn’t have cash so I was able to cashapp his wife the money which was convenient. As a women I appreciate it.

Wonderful company from start to finish. Reliable, timely, professional and fantastic electricians. Evan and Kasey were beyond phenomenal. They figured out and fixed what 2 other electrical companies messed up and couldn't fix. Huge headache for our home-based business which needs the electric to be working and reliable for our wedding venue customers. They made the headache go away. Will definitely be using only them in the future for our home and business needs.

Gary was so nice oolite and friendly. He was here to provide warrenty service on our generator. He checked in with my husband before he left letting us know everything looked good

My workplace had a problem with our electricity, leaving us in a bad way on the Friday heading into a holiday weekend. Hansen electric was fast to respond, and came out quickly. We were back up and running in no time! We are so grateful to the girl in the office who took the call and to Troy who worked in the hot sun to get us taken care of. Many thanks!

Gary Hall from Hansen Super Techs, came out today to trouble shoot and repair my whole house generator . As usual he found the problem and repaired it in no time. There is no tech in Baldwin or Mobile counties that are any better than Gary. I have been through at least 6 other techs who profess to know their profession but is quite suspect to me. Gary also takes his time explaining the problem and is very professional and courteous. Thanks again Gary. You're the best!

The technician (Andrew) was very professional, extremely polite and knowledgeable about the service that he was providing. I would highly recommend to anyone to use Hansen’s electricity for their repairs. I will definitely use Hansen’s again.

Tim purpose to come to my home was a service call to determine a problem with my standby electric power generator. Tim was very knowledgeable, checked all circuits and determined the problem. I had questions that Tim answered promptly to the point. He suggested the best solution and cost effective. He will order the defective part, explained when it should be in. He will than call me to setup a agreeable date and time. Very Satisfied with his demeanor. Timothy Badon is a valuable asset to Hansen Electric.

Quick scheduling, friendly schedulers & technicians, attentive service, and thorough work. This is our third time using Hansen and we've been very pleased each experience. They'll definitely be the first we call the next time something comes up!

Tim was friendly, extremely competent and quick to resolve the problem with our whole house generator. Reset all the automatic functions after replacing a battery that was expelling a putrid smelling gas. The Hansen guys are the best.

Gary is incredibly professional and always services our whole-home generator thoroughly. He explains what he is doing, why he is doing it, and how the system works. He does the job right every time, takes pride in his work, and has all of the tools for the job.

Hansen takes care of my AC/Heating. It's a solid company with some great employees - especially Troy. He knows what he's doing; he's friendly friendly; and professional. He had a trainee with him this time named Patrick. They were both very thorough and Troy taught me some new info about my system VS swamp coolers.

I called in the afternoon and Eric came out the next morning and gave me a firm quote on the spot!
The price was more than fair and it was expertlty installed by Eric and his very competent apprentice on the following Monday quickly with great efficiency and on budget!
I was a general contractor in another region for 20 years and can say without hesitation they are the real deal!

Gary from Hansen came out to service our whole home, Kohler, generator. Gary is super professional and responsive to our needs. He always goes above and beyond to ensure we are taken care of! Would recommend the Hansen team to anyone!

I was so happy with the work that was done. Very neat and professional. The tech was very nice and curious. This is a great company to use and I will only use them. They do everything. I had hot water tank problems. The plumber came and I needed electrical work done before he could install my new hot water. Hansen sent the best one, he solved my problem. Now waiting on the plumber to install the new one. If you ever need a plumber, electrical work, air conditioning done HANSEN is who you call, they probably do a lot more than I listed, but they help me with all my needs. Thank you Hansen!!

Quick same day response, within a matter of hours. We are snowbirds out of state. Our neighbor let us know our home was hit by lightning knocking out the breaker coming into the house at the pole. Hansen's team of professionals coordinated with the power company to get our electricity back up and running in no time. Neighbors commented on how polite and knowledgeable Hansen's employees were at getting the problem solved. We were able to handle everything with a few phone calls. Would highly recommend this service anytime.

Gary and helper performed annual maintenance on my home generator. They showed up wearing protective masks, which I greatly appreciated! They were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and encouraged me to contact them if I needed anything else. I was very pleased with the work.

Thank you Will and Landon for helping with my services today. I had a new outlet installed for my stove and a light fixed (which really wasn't broken, just a install error on my part) . Not only did they do a fantastic job with the electric services, they also relocated my old stove to the garage.
