Awesome job. They are very efficient and thorough. Id like to Thank Wassillie for using his height and going out of his way to clean debris out of my gutters and rooftop even though it wasn't part of the service I paid for. Great group of workers, id recommend calling AK Premier Services to everyone.

I cannot thank Jennifer, Wendy, Mike and the crews who came out enough! The customer service that we received in the past few days is above and beyond any customer service we have ever experienced. Our condo association in West Park hired these people. Our grass is completely dead but yet they are out there on their ride on mowers pretending to mow the grass when there’s nothing to mow. They look silly

Spring clean up services were especially good; the crew mows the lawn weekly to my satisfaction and pays attention to problem areas around the yard such as trim and overgrowth sections. I have used Alaska Premier Services for the past 3 years. They have always done an exceptional job but this year they went above and beyond in their service and quality. They actually came back a second time and picked up additional leaves that had fallen. My front and back yards were absolutely perfect. APS provides EXCEPTIONAL value for their service and quality of work done!!

Hired this wonderful company last spring for my lawn services. Have been very pleased with all their hard work. Now have them for my winter services and it has been outstanding. Driveway all plowed. Sidewalk shoveled and salted. The teams have done an incredible job and highly recommend them. I am extremely pleased with their services.

This whole experience was easy from start to finish! The lady I spoke to on the phone to set up the appointment was so nice and helpful, and told me exactly what to expect since it was my first time using a yard service. I made an appointment, and they actually came a week early to do our front and back yards! They were fast and efficient, and our yards look better than ever. A few weeks ago your staff did the spring-cleaning service at my home. They were very thorough and professional and were at it for hours until my place looked immaculate. A few days later they returned to apply lime and fertilizer. I am very happy with the services provided, and I will be using your services for the season. I would (and have) recommend your company to others.

I have been meaning to write this review since last year. Two years ago, they left a flyer on our house for lawn service. They came to our house to inspect our property, gave us a quote, which we accepted. The work was performed and we paid the bill. The following year (last year) they gave us a flyer indicating that they will do the same service for the same price. We accepted. They came and did the service, but they missed cleaning a chunk of our lawn. We reached out to them to let them know and their response was that the amount we were charged was too low, so they will only come out to clean the missed spot if we agree to pay more. We let them know that they were the one that offered us the price based on the prior year already performed work, which they had also quoted to us based on their own inspection to begin with. This angered them, and they said that we can either accept the work as is, or we can pay extra for them to clean up the missed spot. They also let us know that they would not be doing business with us anymore (as if we would want to, lol). Very strange behavior, and we happily switched to another lawn service.

Very professional, through and respectful crew. They have a responsive and informative office staff. The email recommendations on how to keep the lawn looking the healthiest based on current weather conditions are a great feature and the ease of the online portal to manage my account services is top notch. I would definitely continue to use this company.

Fast and thorough Fall lawn service with leaf removal. You only get one chance to make a first impression - theirs was a GREAT one!

We are away from our property most of the summer season and rely on Alaska Premier Services to maintain our yard and property. We have been using the company for several years and have been happy with their services.

Very happy with the service so far. They did a great job with the spring clean up. There was an error with the billing so I called to see what was up. Vanessa was very nice and looked into it right away. She informed me they got a new system and were working out the kinks. She corrected everything and all was well. I am very impressed and look forward to seeing how well they do this summer.

We started using Alaska Premier Services for mom's Anchorage yard in 2016 after my dad passed away. Mom was in her mid 80s at the time and it was difficult for her to mow and edge the yard. We have been EXTREMELY happy with our service over the years. I was doing all of the managing with the company while living in South Carolina and it was so easy to take care of payments, arrangements and anything that required a message to them. We started using them also for snow services a few years ago. Again, super easy to manage long distance and they did a great job. Communication with them I would give an A+! Mom sold her house now and we no longer need their services but I do highly recommend them.

I hired APS due to heart surgury this summer. They have done an awesome job, with great attention to detail. Thank you to the crews and admin staff for the hard work; its greatly appreciated.

BEST BUSINESS IN TOWN!! Hands down. My neighbor was stuck on our driveway and we were pushing her out when they were plowing someone else’s driveway and without word came over and plowed so her and her baby can park. I will only use this place from now on!!

I am very happy with my service included some before and after photos. I contacted Alaska Premier Services to shovel snow off of a roof at a rental property that I own. They were very upfront about their 3 week back log (which was actually less than several other businesses I had called). They sent multiple emails to update me as to when they would be able to get to the roof, and despite additional snow volumes accumulating in the 3 week time period they still came in right on their quoted price for getting the job done (which was 8 man hours due to the amount of ground clearing necessary). Their quoted price matched or beat 4 different companies/individuals that I had also contacted for the job. Their workers showed up and completed the job without me having to be involved at all and got all the walkways and driveway around the building cleared as well so no access was blocked for my tenants. They only left one small overhang unshoveled due to it being unsafe to stand on. They also took care not to scrape down and ruin the shingles as I’ve seen some companies do. I would definitely work with Alaska Premier again in the future.
