Honest, courteous and professional. Jay is not in the market to up sale on services you don't need. He took the time to educate me as a homeowner so I can better DIY care for my home. I now have a greater understanding of what I can do myself and when I need to call for a professional. I 10/10 will be using them again for my future vent and duct needs.

Really good service and helpful during my visit for my dryer vent. I had my service done in November 2023 and I have been waiting for an invoice from them. I am a little disappointed that I was given an invoice on December 26, 2023 and to have it due in 10 days then I received a reminder on January 2, 2024 that I haven’t paid my invoice.

I would recommend them to anyone but I can’t deal with a company that gives you 10 days especially after the holidays when life is busy to have it paid then a reminder. I paid it right when I got the reminder but I was planning on waiting until I got paid on the 4th. Personally, I think it’s quite rude and I don’t think I would use them again because of that.

Jay and his team are amazing! I can't express how appreciative I am for their problem solving and honesty! The maintenance worker, Tom was very knowledgeable and personable. I will definitely use them for my other properties and personal home. Thank you again for everything!

I recently worked with Jay and his team on a large condo complex project. Not only were the dryer vents efficiently cleaned inside-out, they were able to quickly identify and address all the repairs that were discovered during the project. I did my fair share of research before choosing the Vent Doctors to service our home, I wanted the best. With multiple allergies affecting our family, I knew a thorough vent cleaning was necessary in our journey back to health. The previous owners of our home owned multiple pets, in which dog dander was recently confirmed as a leading high allergen affecting our family. Walking in the house after the job was done, I could tell there was a dramatic improvement in air quality. I woke up for the first time this morning without a stuffed nose and watery eyes. This is a wonderful family-owned business! Jay came over and gave me a reasonable estimate on cleaning my forced-air system and explained the process. Then he returned and did the most amazing job ever! He was incredibly thorough and conscientious, even replacing some dryer vent tape that needed it. My ducts were extremely dirty and even though the job took longer than anticipated, he spent the time to make sure everything was thoroughly cleaned. He also gave me some tips to make my household environment more allergen-free for my family. This was money well spent and I wish I had done it years earlier!

The Vent Doctor came to clean our dryer vents and check out forced air system. In the end, we didn't need any service because of the way the lines are configured, so there was no charge. We appreciate Jay's honesty and time. He's also great a communicating by text, which is convenient. Thanks!

Team of 3 that showed up on time was very polite and professional. They did an initial walk through and asked if I had any specific concerns that needed to be addressed. The owner Jay even came by on his own time to make sure everything was done properly since we were having some issues with our vent. Jay and his assistant arrived at my house, listened to my concerns, answered my questions and then spent the next couple hours finding and addressing issues with the vents and dryer hoses. They fixed all the items I was concerned about and found others I didn't even know existed. They were knowledgeable, thorough and professional while completing each task on my list. They were careful and respectful of my house and furnishings throughout the process. I have used this company before, I will use them again and highly recommend them and the services they provide.

Jay and his assistant Ramon where prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and personable. Like other reviewers Jay shared his knowledge of how to improve air quality within the home. We sought out their services for air duct cleaning and received a lot more in return. Jay made good recommendations and worked in a timely manner. He also recommended a service to clean in and around the washer and dryer. The process takes about 4 hours and is loud. If there are small children around it would be best to schedule this service around activities. We will definitely recommend their services.

Vent Doctors came out today for preventive maintenance for heater vents and dryer vents. They thoroughly scooped out the job and in the end decided I really did not need it because everything looked good. WOW how wonderful for a company to forgo money to tell you the truth. They drove out from Anchorage to Wasilla and did not charge me for anything even the trip charge. Jay went the extra mile and checked out furnace, fireplace, washer, dryer, refrigerator and freezer. He gave me ideas on preventive maintenance and gave me names of companies in my area that might help. He help me tremendously! I can recommend this company as ethical and core values are to help people.

All three in the crew were very personable, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. In addition, Jay went out of his way to suggest things I could do to improve the performance of my hot water heater, as well as additional measures for cleaning my dryer, to mitigate fire danger.
