CGC Services, is absolutely the best in town for your HVAC system. They are quick, timely, and very professional. They just replaced my on demand hot water heater unit and they took care of it quickly for me and it was very cost effective.

January 2024 my 4plex in Anchorage had a water line freeze, burst, and take out 4 furnaces and 2 HWH's. Matt Klebs with CGC Services was called to assess and repair the damage. Middle of winter, below zero temps, and insurance wouldn't authorize portable heaters! Matt's team provide portable heaters for the below ground maintenance room, and my tenants.

This repair project spanned two+ weeks and Matt and Jared were on site multiple times coordinating with other repair folks before they could get the 4 new furnaces and HWH's reinstalled.

After this project was complete, for the first time in 40 years, we began having ground water issues and CGC was called again to assist with further damage due to the water. They responded timely and came and checked on things on multiple occasions, including "on their way home" just to make sure we weren't having other issues.

They were professional and courteous during a highly stressful time for my tenants and myself, and were willing to work around tenant's and my schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend them and know I will count on them in the future for my plumbing needs.

We had a leak from old copper plumbing in our laundry room wall that was difficult to resolve. CGC plumbing promptly responded and took care of not only the leak, but replumbed a significant amount of corroded piping in an interior wall and helped us resolve a badly needed bathroom remodel to the tub & shower area. We found CGC’s work to be of exceptionally high-quality, showing great attention to detail, superior customer service, and very reasonably priced. We would recommend CGC without reservation to anybody with the need for skilled and professional plumbing services.

We had a bathroom pipe leak and needed someone quickly to fix it. The crew at CGC Services went above and beyond to be there first thing and got us all fixed up. They left the place clean and took their time to make sure we were happy and everything was good on our end. We will be using CGC Services for now on when we need their services!

Our Lochinvar boilers both called for service this past week. Matt, the owner of CGC Services, put us on the schedule promptly for a service call. Curtis, one of CGC's plumbers, came right on time and was cheerful and respectful of our home. He completed our boiler maintenance in less time than I expected and cleaned the boiler room thoroughly before he left. We have used CGC Services for toilet and shower leaks, routine maintenance, and an emergency holiday call when our water unexpectantly shut off. We have experienced professional and quality care with CGC Service plumbers. Highly recommend!

CGC and owner Matt have been absolutely fantastic to work with. I was recommended them from the maintenance worker at my office and I’m so glad he did. When our hot water heater went out in February 2023 it was a huge inconvenience. Matt and his dynamic team were quick to respond and offer helpful suggestions on the best way to replace it. He had us scheduled and back up and running in less than a week.

Several months later in November of 2023 (with my wife due to have a baby any day) our furnace went out. Again with a call to Matt, they quickly diagnosed the problem and had a replacement installed within days.

Matt and his team have helped us with a variety of big and small problems, from the hot water heater and furnace replacement, to replacing waterline main valves and angle stops for sinks. Everyone from Matt on down is professional, hard-working, customer service oriented, and kind.

With any home maintenance repair, things don’t always go as planned, but Matt has always been extremely helpful in solving the problem and getting to a fair price. I continue to use him and his amazing team for anything that pops up at my house and would recommend him to all.
