Itd be pretty awesome if you could vet your drivers better. Its raining outside and I just had one of your drivers driving so godam close to me I couldn't see his headlight.

Moore installed a generator and overcharged me $1,258. I had to follow up with them and ask about the breakdown between labor and supplies costs since I was surprised at how much the installations costs were when it only took them a few hours on site. They then said that they had overcharged me since they didn't end up installing a cement pad, which was what the original quote included. If I had not followed up myself, they never would have discovered this "mistake". They said it was an honest mistake, but come on. Not professional. Also, this was after they were going to charge me nearly $3,000 more for the generator compared to what I could buy and ship the generator myself from Lowes.

I didn’t even inquire about services- I had a poor experience on the road with one of their drivers and THEY PERSONALLY followed up with me by phone and provided immediate kindness & resolution.

These people really care, these people authentically want to do a good job even if I was perhaps harsh in my own perspective right off the bat- I was met with kindness & professionalism that I have yet to see from a single establishment in town (and I was born, & raised here okay). I commend them, I even commend the driver that I had the issue with for being so open to communication- and for wanting to correct an issue with a potential customer heck they have no idea if I’m even in need of their services & they still took the time to correct it-

I will die on the hill of their fan club & the second I need these services or have to recommend any I know exactly who’s going to come to mind.

The furnace in a unit I own was on the fritz. Moore was able to schedule a technician to come diagnose the issue quickly (the same day I called). Nick Youngblood (HVAC tech) was incredible to work with. He accurately diagnosed the issue and taught me about the furnace during the diagnostic session. He was able to order the part quickly and install the part several days later. He is professional, kind, patient and talented. Will absolutely work with Moore again should hearing issues develop in the future.

Simply the best guys in town for heating needs. Moore is the company that originally installed our heater, humidifier, garage heater and water heater in 2003. I’ve had them inspect everything once a year changing filters etc. always on time with great technicians. This last October their service manager came out and indicated we should think about replacing the water heater. We elected to change out the entire. Their techs came out and changed out everything. All was good until 2 weeks ago when we had no hot water. The water heater was only 10 months old. Their tech came out the same day I called cleaned out the soot and got it relit. He told me they have been having issues with that brand of water heaters and they would change mine out with a different brand. Two days later they came out and changed out the water heater. I thought I was going to get a song and dance about service calls and installation charges. To my surprise no charge for anything. Their technicians are courteous and prompt and the office folks are the same. One of the best companies to deal with in Anchorage.

I would recommend Moore Heating for all of your heating needs. Their technician Matt called beforehand and showed up on time with a great attitude. While he was servicing my heater, he was professional and very efficient. Matt had everything he needed to get the job done and provided great recommendations on ways to take care of my heater. My family and I will always use Moore heating for our heating needs. Thank you!

I had my first experience with Moore heating today. Excellent customer service from start to finish and the person servicing my water heater/boiler was great! I highly recommend Moore and will definitely call in the future when I need any plumbing or heating work done

Moore really picked up Diamond Heating’s slack. I called Diamond Heating due to my downstairs heat going out. They scheduled me for an appointment 2 days after calling, and then the day of the appointment cancelled on me stating they were handling “higher priority” situations. I had no downstairs heat and frozen downstairs pipes. Moore sent out Garret that day and he diagnosed the problem within 30 minutes, issued a temporary fix, and ordered the part for a permanent fix in one visit. Showed up today and installed the new part in under 30 minutes. Janet was also very communicative throughout the process. Paid the after hours price for it, but can’t complain with the results. 10/10 service and execution

Had to have our furnace replaced, they were the lowest prices we received. The technician that installed was polite, and very helpful. He had it installed in 2 1/2 hours. I would recommend Moore to anyone. Thank you!

Scott's Heating fit me into their super busy schedule, showed up when they said they would and did a great job! I would definitely recommend.

Older guy driving a white truck with company logo flicked a lit cigarette butt out of his window. Really unprofessional to treat Anchorage like a personal trashcan. He also seems to struggle with the concept of turn signals.

We have used Scott's Heating for 20+ years. They are honest, hard working folks. We highly recommend them for your heating system needs.

Improperly installed my Trane furnace, forgot to install code required equipment, acknowledged mistake but has promised but not delivered on correcting his error. This has been 2 years and multiple promises broken. Does not answer my requests. More reliable and responsive services have had to fix his shoddy work at my expense. Seek Heating Services elsewhere.

I strongly recommend this company, my furnace burned-out its fan during the December cold snap, every company i called said it would be weeks before they could get over and look at it. I called Scott and heeding my desperate plight made time and installed a new one and within 5 hours had a new one installed and cranking. Thank you again.

Scott’s Heating recently installed a Gas Fireplace in my home, they were very clean, courteous, and professional. They also installed new duct & a vent for my range hood.

Can't go wrong with the service and quality! When it's -20 degrees for days, a holiday week, and my furnace of 30 years finally quits for good, Scott's Heating was there, planned the repairs and had it done by Monday! Saved our house and heat at extreme times. There's a lot of service need this time, but they knew how to triage the biggest problems! Really went the extra mile and added a new air intake, plus a bonus new switch change! Fair, professional, and did what they promised. Scott's Heating is my kind of heating company!
