I had a dryer installed by Lowes a few months and I started having problems with the vent. I called Jay at Vent Doctors and he was awesome! First off if you send a text he responds promptly. Secondly when he came to my house (showed up on time as scheduled) he realized the work would be a bit more involved. He moved around his schedule and was immediately able to fix my dryer. Not only did he fix it, during the process he showed me pictures and what he was going to fix. He would give me updates during this process. The entire time Jay wore a mask and was extremely professional. I highly recommend Vent Doctors- Jay's work is super clean. Thank you Jay!

This is a top tier company! Fantastic service from initial contact to completion of the job. In fact, during the morning phone call, they were actually going to be in my area and managed to squeeze me in the same day. That was completely unexpected and I was thankful for the immediate offer.

The crew was on site when they said they'd be here and were efficient as they worked to clean our dryer vent. They even made an adjustment to the fitting to make sure the air flows properly. Smiles the entire time, cleaned up and were on their way.

Jay was absolutely fantastic to work with. Friendly and punctual. We had just moved into our house and realized dryer hookup was unsafe. Jay fit us into his busy schedule and did an excellent/clean job installing a new dryer and duct to outside. He has great depth of knowledge and took the time to explain the heating system, the work he was doing, and made recommendations about maintenance for the house generally. I really enjoyed talking with him and learned quite a bit. He provides exceptional service. We’ll be looking to the vent dr for all our vent/ducting needs in the future.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Jay and his team were professional, friendly, and outstanding at their job. He quickly responded to our initial request and had us scheduled in no time. Jay and his team from the very beginning were quick in responding and have such great communication. Jay is very knowledgeable and took some time to explain things thoroughly. He’s very helpful and gives valuable advice on a lot of other things as we just bought a fixer upper duplex that needed a lot of work. It’s hard to find good people that actually care and go the extra mile for you. Jay and his team went above and beyond and I would highly recommend! Jay and his team were great! They were in and out more quickly than expected, were great with my pets, and were in general very nice and professional. I loved that they have a texting service, so I was able to easily plan/coordinate with Jay over a few days. He was a pleasure to work with. He even remembered coming to our house (before we owned it) for servicing! They did our entire house HVAC system, as well as our Dryer vent- Which they said was COMPLETELY blocked! So it's great to have the peace of mind that everything is cleaned out and safe now. I can't recommend them enough! 10/10

Jay and his assistant showed up on time, were polite, were kind to my dog, got the job done, and were gone. I would highly recommend them.

I am a landlord and received a message from my tenant that she was seeing a lot of dust in the rental property. I contacted Vent Doctors and within ten minutes or so, I got a message back from Jay. He was SO responsive and even suggested that we get into a group message with my tenant, which allowed all of us to communicate without me having to go back and forth. He was prompt and kept us updated, even messaging before he arrived. After consult, we were able to get scheduled a week later (working with my tenant's schedule).

My husband manages our other property and used VD to clean the ducts there, and I am so glad he recommended VD when it was my turn to deal with dirty ducts.
