Updated review: I gave CGC a poor review initially because I was frustrated by a repair going above estimated cost, but as I've had more experience with them, I have a lot of respect for this company and their work. They have high quality service. I am taking the cost issue as an honest mistake.

Initially I called CGC to come and fix a pinhole leak in a residential hot water pipe. They showed up quickly, did a good job, and the charge was reasonable.

I called them again when I wanted to get an AWWU meter installed. I asked on the phone for a ballpark estimate. The estimate was good, so I scheduled the service, but then the bill came and it was more than double what I expected. This is the cost issue I mentioned. I told this to CGC who was very responsive. Their service manager reduced my bill by $200 and gave me an itemized list of parts. All the staff were very professional, and particular shoutout to Matt and Roger.

Today an issue came up on my boiler, and Roger called me to talk through a plan on Friday afternoon. He gave me some very helpful advice to get through the weekend without having to pay emergency rates. Thanks CGC.

Roger from CGC services came out to my house for a service call after months of curious problems with my Boiler to assess if I needed any further work. He ran diagnostic checks on several systems and we talked about the series of events and why things happened as they had.
It was not your average service call.
It was enlightening and he left me with a greater understanding of how my system worked!
This was after I had spent tons of money with a DIFFERENT company who replaced parts unnecessarily which worked and were not part of the problem.
Roger was quite knowledgeable, respectful, and easy to talk to and understand.
He recognized all the drama and $ I had been through with this other plumbing company and said he wouldn’t charge me for his time!!! When has that ever happened before? I know you might not even believe me, but it’s true!
I will be calling CGC services in the future if I have any more problems with my Plumbing or Boiler, you can bet on that!

Wow. I heard Jake speak last week, and will never call another plumbing company again, both for our home & for our rentals! They are so innovative that you should not hesitate to call them for any and all plumbing & heating needs. Any friends that have used them also agree- They won't be calling their old plumbing company to come out, no matter what the need is.

I contacted this company to help install a very important and timely plumbing equipment. They came to my house, did the inspection, and now 9 weeks later I am still waiting to hear back from them. I have called 6 times and was told I’d hear back tomorrow to even get an estimate with a promise of “tomorrow”. I will be using another company after being let down for so long and with such poor follow through. Use someone else if you want to get the job done and want to be respected!

Wyatt is a stand-up guy, knows what he's doing, but even more importantly is a great listener. Because of that, he did a great job quickly responding to, troubleshooting, and repairing a 4-plex open-loop water heating system that had failed. Glad to have him here, one of the unsung heroes.

They came out to look at some plumbing concerns but didn’t have any useful options, charged to do a lot of money to look around and turn one knob that just messed things up and had to be turned the other way again.

Wyatt was able to make time to check out a leaking toilet in my rental unit. I live out of state and he fixed everything quickly and documented the issue and called me after he was done and explained everything. Amazing company!
