The service was fantastic. Angela was able to set up a service call the next day. And her communication with me was great as I was not at the house at the time. She gave me detailed information on cost estimates and on what they did in fixing the plumbing. Highly recommend.

I don’t recommend this company. Ever!

Without asking or consulting, employee went against my directions (AND the instruction of the gas fireplace installer) and he put a very noticeable hole in my carpet and installed a VERY NOTICEABLE gas valve smack dab in the middle of the gas fireplace line of sight. Was supposed to have been installed way off to the side and since he was using flexible hose it should have been an easy job. Owner was notified and did nothing.

I called All-Star plumbing and heating expecting to be put on a wait list due to the earthquake. Within 20 mintues of calling Joe was dispatched to our house. I had no idea where my leak was happening. Joe came out assess the damage and was able to fix the issue within an hour. The price was reasonable for the job. Joe was respectful, friendly and efficient. I will always use All-Star for my family's plumbing needs!

I hired All-Star Plumbing & Heating for some plumbing repairs and upgrades and heating system maintenance. Ashley was the service professional who came out and he did a great job. He was professional, courteous, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and proficient. I would definitely recommend them!

Had them come out for two separate issues and will be calling them again in the future. Found they have the best price in town for water heater replacement - They replaced my water heater and fixed the outlet plumbing. Did some valve replacement on clothes washer plumbing.

They are also the quickest to get in for evaluation and repair/replacement. Other places around town gave me the run around. Will definitely recommend All-Star to friends and family.

Would not recommend, extravagant prices for minimal jobs. A tech was at my house for less than five minutes and told me “this wasn’t even a real job, let me speak to my manager about the invoice” I was thankful and appreciative of this. Next day I received a 180 dollar bill. Called the office and they were disrespectful and asked me why I didn’t know about the “service callout fee”
Would not seek out their services again, complete rip off and no integrity.

I recently had my water heater replaced by All-Star and was very pleased with their responsiveness. They scheduled the replacement quickly after my old unit reached the end of its life, provided the same brand and model, and completed the installation efficiently.

There were a few issues during the process, but All-Star addressed them promptly, and the project passed city inspection on the second attempt. While they were not the lowest-cost option, their pricing was competitive, and most importantly, they were able to complete the replacement within just a few days.

Expired license plate sticker and busted tail light on your van driving on the highway, pressing on brakes with a barely visible one working taillight, driving carelessly, putting other people at risk…. and doesn’t look good for business. It makes your business look like trash.
