What an awesome experience with Hardy Heating. Showed up when scheduled and the technician was super to work with in explaining everything and fixing our problems. We have a 20 year old fireplace we bought from them and this was its first failure. It wasn’t the heater it was the thermostat! Yay!!!!

Our boiler crashed a couple of weeks ago when the temperature was in the single digits (of course)! They came right away and assessed costs, gave us a quote and it was fixed ASAP. Hardy Heating provides professional and friendly services. Highly recommended!

What a great HVAC experience I had with Hardy Heating!

I have a Bosch Greenstar Combi boiler I thought had problems heating domestic hot water. Michael came over & quickly troubleshot the problem. He replaced 2 adjacent plumbing parts unrelated to the boiler. Now the boiler works like it's supposed to; hot water!

The original boiler installer didn’t know anything about troubleshooting! I only wished I called Hardy Heating a long time ago!

I wholeheartedly recommend Hardy Heating to anyone who has a HVAC issue or wants a new system installed! They’re awesome!

My furnace started blowing cold air Christmas Eve morning a few hours before we were set to host a large gathering. After calling multiple heating companies, and being dismissed or told it would be a $775 dollar call out fee I called Hardy Heating and explained the situation. Instead of telling me no Dan got on the phone and helped diagnose the issue remotely. After about 30-40 min and multiple FaceTime calls later we got the problem resolved and were able to move forward with the holiday. That is a level of customer service I have not experienced in some time and am so grateful for their help. They have earned my business for life and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you for saving the day and being willing to spend the time!

I had a Generac generator put in today from the electric company LLC from Brandon Richardson. Brandon Hooked me up up with Hardy Heating. They were totally booked up with jobs but they squeeze me in the time slot to the job two get it done so I wouldn't have to wait 2 weeks out they went above and beyond to put in my Natural Gas pipe from the meter to my Generac on the other side of the house which was 60 ft. and the the gas line that was in my house going from the meter the small heater on my garage and the heater for my home and my stove was all natural gas they had to take out the gas line because it was too small because of installing the Generac generator and that was unexpected. That's why they went above and beyond to get the job done I believe they got at my house at 4:00 p.m. and left at 8:30 p.m. thank you so much and then some again you went Above and Beyond I'll use you guys from now on. And I'll recommend you to everybody that I know and even people that I don't know. God bless amen be safe . P. PS This company's then the only one that's still in business in the valley for 30 years plus. That's why they do an awesome job and get the job done and they are very professional and caring. I went above and beyond again.

My heating went out. They had very quick service (only a couple hours later). The tech was very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely nice. He diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly. I would definitely use them again if I had a problem.

Amazing people! We had just moved into out home and we had an after hours emergency for no heat only a day and half in. From the moment we called, they were polite, prompt in getting here, and do a thorough check of the system to make sure everything was back up and running. Had a bad backflow prevention valve. Even followed up about two days later to make sure we were doing okay before fully closing the ticket. We appreciated them very much.

Really happy with Hardy Heating. The whole process was easy and the service was smooth from start to finish. Our technician, Dominic, was awesome- on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took his time checking everything, explained what was going on, and made sure everything was working before he left. You can tell he cares about doing the job right. He also explained to me about how to maintain my heating system to keep it running well.

I scheduled an appointment with Paragon for a Serious leak, after taking work off they were a no call no show, they were very apologetic but after rescheduling they did not show again without any call, they seemed knowledgeable but was a waste of time and definitely will not be calling them again.

Craig at Paragon Mechanical is a great guy. He's trustworthy, knowledgable and does his work with excellence. I highly recommend him.

Awesome. This guy came for a routine yearly maintenance and ended up finding and replacing about 10 things for free, as well as giving me a military discount, which I thought was super cool. Highly recommend. Very professional and polite.
