and Chris came in to my house and replaced my furnace and properly set up my water heater abd furnace system The way it should have been done the first time ten years ago. If your furnace looks like this then you need to do this.CALL HARDY HEATING!

Hardy Heating came to our home and did a very professional job repairing our furnace. They were very friendly and courteous.

When coming out for warranty work the worker was so upset he made my 4 year old cry. Maintenance wise, they did some good work and some bad. After they left my lights were out, my water heater was leaking, and the light switches are inverted(See pic). I do not recommend.

Dan and his team were awesome. Prompt, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and they did an amazing job. They replaced both my boiler and hot water heater, as well as two bathroom fans. I will recommend them to everyone.

I have been paying attention to Hardy Heating since 2001. They are a great company with great employees that are customer centered on service and reliability, hands-down one of the best service companies in Alaska.

I recently had a Generac whole home generator installed and Hardy Heating & Air Conditioning were subcontracted to install the natural gas feeder line to the generator on the 12th of Dec. I’m absolutely impressed with the owner Dan Sr., and his sons Dan Jr. & Chris. They were extremely friendly and professional and I couldn’t be more pleased with the clean installation! The fact that it was very cold and the ground is covered in snow didn’t deter them from completing such a clean and professional looking install. And to top off a great experience, they explained how I could connect a propane tank on the same piping by shutting off the in-line NG valve and removing a plug in the line at the generator to connect a propane line. That is great to know since my generator can run on NG or LPG.

I would whole heartedly recommend Hardy Heating & Air Conditioning of Palmer, AK and if I have further Heating or Air Conditioning needs, I will be calling them! 5 STARS aren’t enough, I would give 10 STARS if I could.

Harding Heating is the company that is employed by The Electric Company who installed my Generac generator. They arrived on time to the excellent job cleaned up behind them. I am extremely happy the way they respected my property and their professional professionalism.

We have been having issues with our boiler since we built our house 6 years ago. We have had two other companies come out and have had to spend well over 1k each time.

When Dominic showed up I could immediately tell he knew exactly what he was doing. He knew our boiler and he knew exactly what to do.

What started as cleaning our boiler and replacing a fan ended up with us needing a new boiler. It was beyond evident that our boiler was done when it was taken apart for cleaning.

The company gave is a price for a new boiler and when there was additional work needed during install they did not change the price. This sounds simple but it’s not how most businesses are any more.

In addition they put in a module to prioritize hot water for showers over heat fixing another issue we were having.

After install Dominic went over everything with myself and my husband he was beyond patient and explained things in terms we understood.

I have full faith in this company and can’t imagine ever using anyone else. I wish I had found them sooner but I am grateful to have them now. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and plumbing needs.

Dominic & Michael were super nice, polite, patient, professional, easy to talk to, they explained everything so I understood everything.

Great experience. Called for an emergency "the heat is out and it's December in Alaska" emergency and they got a tech out that day to solve the problem.

Got rhe heater running again quickly and as painlessly as possible.

Dan and his crew were awesome. After the wind storm, my furnace wouldn't start back up. He took the time to troubleshoot with me over the phone and had the part the next day. 10/10.

Techs were efficient, identified - and fixed - a couple of issues, and made sure I understood what they did (or were recommending).They also made some recommendations on the humidifier. Polite, friendly, and effective - much different than my last guy.

They took a payment surcharge of 70$ for living 20 minutes from their office, and didn’t even warn us. We have been loyal customers for 20 years, and they just pulled this one. I will buy my next furnace from someone else and avoid this business.
