Straight Up, Trustworthy Professional Mechanical and Plumbing contractor. Very knowledgeable on older and new equipment. I received numerous referrals from clients that have been hired Paragon. The name has meaning and they represent that meaning. I appreciate a company that treats my clients respectfully.

Brad is a honest hard working dude. A lot of techs don’t actually open up the boiler and clean it out. He gave my boiler what looked like it’s first real service. He’s also doing some plumbing projects around my house. Excellent customer service and explains everything. He’s definitely the only person I’ll call to work on my house!

We used Paragon Plumbing & Heating to change out our twenty year old boiler and domestic hot water maker to a high efficiency boiler/on demand DHW combi unit. We are so pleased with our new system! Ive spoken to Brad a couple of times over the course of the summer to get an estimate for a boiler installation to prep my house to transition to in floor heat, he came over and did a walk around and provided a wealth of info. Followed up a couple times but never received an estimate. Ended up re-evaluating and called him again to see if I could get an estimate instead for a combi-boiler and some heating for the garage and adjacent rooms. Unfortunately I never received that estimate either and now I cannot reach Brad over the phone anymore. Understandably it is likely a busy season, but at least provide some updates.

Great communication, quality of work and fast response. They cleaned up after their work, took the boxes/trash produced with the plumbing renovatios and stayed on point with their quote. When I had a frozen house, Craig made time the day I called to go to my home and secure it safely. I received his repair estimate quickly and he started as soon as the parts were available. His work is impeccable. He replaced my water filter system, natural gas boiler heating system and other under house components. I would give his business 6 stars if that was possible. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing and heating repair.

They did a great job on the plumbing rough in for my addition and a few weeks later Brad was able to squeeze me in on the same day for heating system issue.

Had a laundry drain issue that could cause extensive water damage. Paragon technician Zach did an outstanding job of detecting the problem and making the appropriate repairs and correction to the plumbing system. Additionally, he flushed the tankless water heater and tested all lines going into the problem area. Kudos to Paragon and their technician Zach! Highly recommend!!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! We had a heating issue and Brad came right over, evaluated the situation, and promptly fixed it. His level of service, knowledge, and time management is beyond the level that we have seen with any other company in the valley. Paragons prices are fair and very reasonable, and we never felt like he was milking the clock for an extra buck (as opposed to other companies we've used in the past). He was able to completly explain in layman's terms what went wrong, how to fix it, and how to spot any future issues we might have.

I HIGHLY recommend this company for any heating issues and will be referring our friends and family to this business as well. We will definitely be using Paragon in the future for all of our heating and plumbing needs. Two thumbs way up for outstanding service!

I waited for 3 weeks to get my hot water heater fixed with another company in the Mat-Su. A friend finally said I should call Paragon. I talked to Brad on Thursday, the water heater got delivered Friday and he was out to install my new water heater on Monday. He installed it in less time than quoted and he even took the time to help me with a water softener install I was working on! Highly recommend Paragon.

Brad is an amazing plumber. Not only does he answer his phone when you call, he shows up when he says he will be there. I had an outside spigot that broke, and was leaking into my house. I had called three plumbers before I reached out to Brad with Paragon Mechanical. After having all three previous plumbers not show up or give me a call that they would not be taking my job, I was extremely frustrated. Brad made everything right, he not only fixed my outside spigot, he was friendly, quick and cleaned up after his work. I highly recommend that you contact Brad with Paragon Mechanical, you will not be disappointed. His prices are reasonable and his service is reliable. Brad is my go to plumber anytime I need something he always takes my calls.

My dog chewed my water heater wires just before Christmas. I had originally called HeatSource Mechanical and they charged me $179 to tell me my water heater was broken and never followed up regarding parts and price. After much frustration, couple weeks and lots of cold water later, I did some research and found Paragon Plumbing & Heating. Brad was phenomenal! I sent him pictures of my unit and what was wrong and he found and ordered the needed parts and was fixing my water heater 2 days later. By the recommendations of HeatSource I’d have to replace the entire unit, but clearly all it needed was a hard working, honest individual with the knowledge and excellent customer service to fix it. I can’t recommend Brad and his family owned buisness enough. Excellent company!

Brad is amazing! I had called two other well know companies in the Matsu Valley for a rental property. One never showed and the other could not identify the problem. Brad was courteous to our tenants, fast, and fairly priced. We were so impressed with his work he was our first call when our water heater went out at our personal property. Again, very responsive, courteous, and identified and fixed our issue extremely fast. I would highly recommend Paragon to anyone who needs fast and reliable service.

We all have bad days mine was when I woke up with water coming out my wall. We called Paragon Mechanical Plumbing and heating. Sometimes we forget who put in the plumbing first didn't think about the next guy. My service tech Matt had to deal with this which he did in a professional way. Yes there are many plumbers, but their is only one Paragon. So if you truly want a professional job, I would call them.

Our furnace stopped working at the worst possible time—during a windstorm. Paragon Mechanical Plumbing & Heating responded promptly. After I explained the issue, they immediately got to work. They took the time to ensure I understood both the problem and the repair plan. Despite the circumstances, they drove to Anchorage twice to obtain the necessary parts and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
