Professional, friendly, and compassionate from the start. Arriving on time, Brittany attentively listened to our concerns and provided a very thorough cleaning of our home. I highly recommend Cleaning's A Breeze for all housecleaning needs in South Central. I'd rate 10 stars, if possible!

Very happy with my cleaner Mariah, she’s great at her job! Very efficient and quick, the house is so clean! I have tried independent cleaners and no one locally compares, Definitely worth hiring a pro.

I really don't like to leave negative reviews but this one is well deserved. We paid almost $800.00 for a move out clean out clean and the only thing that was professionally cleaned was the oven and stove top. They completely neglected the floors and basically just did a dusting throughout half the home. We had the buyers of our house point out everything they miss and we are now spending more of our time and money to finish what they could not. We reached out their manager, Sarah, who was incredibly rude, laughing over the phone and explaining the previous cleaning looked like it had been done by teenagers and that they have a high standard of cleanliness... She was extremely rude. She had called us and said no one was at the house to let them in so we panicked calling people and they were in fact let in on time. We attempted to call her back to inform her the cleaners were in fact let in but no response or call back. They did offer to send the cleaners back out because she acknowledged they did in fact miss stuff but we were done with her attitude and how she handled the conversations. They seemed incredibly happy to just take our money and leave it at that. I would steer clear of this company if you are looking for a move out/ clean out. Expensive and no follow through.

Bre's team is amazing. She vets her employees. They go through a background check so I know my home is safe when I invite them in. She trains each of them, too. She doesn't use harsh chemicals, and my bathrooms always come out looking amazing. I HATE cleaning my bathroom and, apparently, so do my kids and husband. It's so nice to have Cleaning's A Breeze come in and save my family from my frustration. Thank you!! You're amazing!

Cleanings a breeze has been a true lifesaver! All their staff are so sweet and professional. Their cleaning crew shows up on time and do a great job. Their office staff is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

As a new client and first time hiring a cleaning service, I wasn’t sure what to expect. My standard of what “clean” is may differ from others. While I’m not necessarily hard to please, I do want things done with excellence. When my assigned cleaners left things not quite up to par after my first couple of cleanings, the company makes every effort to send out their crew to make things right. It’s obvious they also strive for excellence. Rather than make excuses or charge for extra callouts, they simply endeavor to make it right.

Today Monique came with Brittany and they performed a re-clean with positive attitudes and diligence. I appreciated the care they took to ensure a satisfied client. They were thorough and kind and easy to communicate with. I am happy not only to have a clean home, but for their efforts to keep me on as a client. I feel valued as a client.

Mariah and Brittany came & made my house look brand new. Having them come & clean took a load off my shoulders and they exceeded my expectations. They got water stains out of our bathrooms that I thought were impossible. Thanks girls!

The physical and mental break this help brings is so valuable to me, and I can not thank them enough. Katie did a super job. She was very enjoyable to have cleaning the house. She enjoyed the dogs who love to help them, they carry her rags around for her, when she needs them just ask and the give them to her and enjoy to play the games. Carol gave her a quick briefing and she was off and running. Thank you for a great employee.

We just had our first cleaning and Mariah did a fantastic job! The bathroom looks great and she was wonderful with our dogs.

What I really love about Mariah (aside from her attention to detail and quality cleaning skills) is her confidence in asking for feedback and ensuring we are satisfied with her work (which we always are). She is so good at what she does and the bonus is her congeniality.

I’ve used their services twice before and was very satisfied, which is why I booked another cleaning for today (the Tuesday before Thanksgiving). When I scheduled with Naomi, there was no mention of needing to pay in advance, and in my previous experiences I had never been asked to do so.

On Friday, I received an email stating:

“Thank you for your recent business with us.
The invoice total is $265.00, with $265.00 to be paid upon receipt.”

This wording was confusing, as no service had been performed yet. I assumed the invoice was simply being sent early to streamline payment on the day of the appointment. Nothing in the message indicated that advance payment was required.

On Monday, I received a voicemail stating that my cleaning was being canceled due to non-payment. There was no request to call back or clarification — just a cancellation notice. I returned the call immediately and spoke with an employee who advised me to pay the invoice, which I did, and confirmed that I was still on the schedule. However, he called back about 15 minutes later to say he had been mistaken, that I had been removed from the schedule, and that the earliest availability would now be in December.

I then spoke with the manager Naomi, who said the invoice itself served as notice that payment was expected in advance. I asked why this had never been communicated verbally or in writing, especially since I had never been required to pre-pay for previous cleanings. Her explanation was that the type of cleaning I scheduled required advance payment and that my time slot had been given to a regular customers because there was high demand from regulars for service before the holiday.

I attempted to contact the business owner but received no response.

To me, this gives the impression that non-regular customers are a lower priority, and that the sudden requirement to pre-pay — something I had never been asked to do before — was applied selectively when they needed to open space for someone else.

I will not be using their services again.

Came home to a beautiful clean home. First time cleaning by Brittany who spent time and attention to detail. Even like the way she propped my decorative soap in our soap dish! Looks awesome! Thank you Brittany.

Brittany cleaned our home and did an amazing job! We were hesitant to cook in our kitchen because it was so clean 😂. She was very kind and easy to interact with. Very good attention to detail. Everything was immaculate! Highly recommend!

The Cleaning’s a Breeze team has been to my home several times now and each time I’m so grateful for their thoughtful technicians and the amazing cleaning work they do. They get spots we easily over look. Having them come to my home has relieved me of stress so I can enjoy my family time without the nagging messes. 10-10 recommend!

I’m so grateful for Monique & Theresa! This has been a rough 6 months with a lot of transitions & my housecleaning has gone to the wayside. They were very thorough, courteous & my dog also loved watching them work. He was not very helpful.
