When I looked for someone to take care of my jungle of a backyard, Kaedyn was the one who responded the fastest. Not only that, he was professional, honest and thorough. If some unforeseeable event prevents him and his crew from doing the job, he'll let you know immediately and either reschedule or refer you to someone who can do it. On top of that, they did a great job. I'll definitely use Snip&Clip in the future.

Snip and Clip was wonderful to work with. We needed help getting my stepdad’s yard manageable after a short hospital stay. They were quick with a quote, affordable, and quick to get us on the schedule. Communication and scheduling was super easy. Adam was quick and efficient.

Horrible customer service. As well as the service that they do to your lawn is horrible as well. Had to contact them twice for a lawn that did not get finished. Looks Like a 10-year-old child did it. For the money spent, I would never recommend using their services as their customer service is horrible and the quality of work is horrible.

The grass was mostly cut. Some places down to the dirt. In the long run saving me money on future lawn mowing.

Their snow removal service has been prompt and reliable, and the customer service experience has been excellent so far. I also love the monthly flat-rate fee for snow removal—it makes it so much easier to work into our monthly budget. We're excited to continue working with them for our spring clean-up!

Snip n clip does a good job cutting the grass, but unfortunately they don’t pick up the grass that just cut so my lawn looked horrible and had to change companies.

The only thing I would like is for them to plow a little closer to the house on the driveway that’s beside the house and maybe get a little closer to the truck that I can’t move. Otherwise, you guys do a great job.

They are not perfect, but they are extremely responsive if/when we have issues. Kayden and his team are always ready, willing, and able to do what we ask — they make adjustments when it meets our needs and never fail to ask for feedback.

I was soo thankful they got us on the schedule quickly. Our grass was very tall and desperately needed to be cut! Snip and Clip did a phenomenal job! We showed them where we wanted cut and they did exactly what we wanted.

Snip and Clip did a fantastic job clearing the snow from our driveway after the snowstorms. We really liked the second pass feature which cleared the berms left by the borough’s plows.

We signed up for a seasonal plowing contract expecting a 2-inch trigger, which is clearly how it’s advertised and how most customers would reasonably interpret it. What we actually got was something very different.

The “2-inch trigger” does not mean they come out once 2 inches fall. It means they wait until it stops snowing, then often wait another day or two before dispatching. During active storms, our driveway was repeatedly left untouched and unsafe, which completely defeats the purpose of a seasonal contract in Alaska.

Communication was poor, expectations were not clearly explained up front, and responses felt dismissive when concerns were raised.

They appear to have multiple plow trucks to look professional, but in reality service seems to rely on just one primary operator and one other person, which explains the long delays and lack of coverage during storms.

If you need reliable, timely snow removal, especially during ongoing snowfall, this is not the company I’d recommend. The contract language and real-world service do not match.

The service has been great! The fact that they are very communicative and keep you informed as to their progress is so very much appreciated. They also were very responsive when we requested extra service. We will be contracting with this company again next year.

They are very prompt and thorough. After a snow dump of a couple of inches they do a first run and after everybody is taken care of, they come back for a second cleanup pass. This is a great feature they offer.

Snip and clip does an excellent job with snow plowing. I know approximately when the are coming. My driveway has been cleared very well. I highly recommend their snow plowing service.

I am very pleased with the service I received this winter with Snip & Clip Alaska plow service. They always let me know how far out they were to my property on their plow route. The plow guys did a fantastic job on my property and pushed the snow where I wanted it placed. I will be using them again next season and I highly recommend them to how ever needs plow service this next season. The price I paid for the season was very fair.
