Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Aside from one excellent cleaner (Mariah), the service was unreliable and often substandard. I dealt with no-shows, rushed or incomplete work, and even an employee who stayed only 45 minutes to pick up groceries a guest left behind before leaving for a court appointment—after which no one else showed up, leaving me to clean the home myself. I didn’t report it because the owner had previously ignored every attempt I made to address similar issues and never returned a single call.
The owner also conducted a walkthrough and took photos to ensure consistent results, yet that promised system was never implemented. When I mentioned it later, the secretary treated it as a brand-new idea.
The billing problems were especially unacceptable and happened more than once. I absolutely intended to pay for services actually rendered, but with the repeated no-shows and partial jobs, I needed the dates and details in writing to verify the charges. Instead, the owner repeatedly pressured me for payment while refusing to provide that information. She even removed my access to the billing app—the only place those records existed—yet continued demanding payment without transparency.
All of this occurred while I was out of state receiving medical care, making the repeated pressure even more unreasonable.
Given the unreliable service, unaddressed employee issues, broken promises, and recurring billing problems, I strongly advise avoiding this company.

These photos are how I found my Airbnb “cleaned and ready” for guest to arrive. Blankets just piled on the couch. Beds made so sloppy sheets hanging out like a second grader did it. The extra sleeping mat and mattress just left out and sloppy. The coffee “bar” was a disaster and there was no coffee cups to be found. Had there been pictures like the ones the owner initially took and promised to have there for the girls to compare.
I had really nice pillows with matching pillowcases for the master… as you can see in the photo one of these pillows, doesn’t even have a case on it.

These ladies are incredibly hard workers, this was a very stressful move, even though it was down the road. One of them was late by 30 minutes, but assured me they would stay the extra time. I felt safe knowing they would finish by the deadline and they really left no stone unturned. They cycled several girls throughout the moving process in order to clean the house up and down thoroughly. The bathroom and showers were immaculate when we left. Do check them out if you ever need your house cleaned on move-out. And keep in mind this was a spacious 2 story house and they cleaned it around 48 working hours between them all.

If I say I have hard wood floor and I ask you not to vacuum them or drag furniture/chairs on them I mean it. I also. clear with me what soap you are using on them. I do have the right kind as cleaning company you should know better.also my house should not smell like dirty mop.
Nor should I have to redo a toilet.
Put things back. Do not put a rug on my clean linens.

They will only bill for 1 full month of mowing. They came and mowed my lawn on Ap. 30 when the grass hasn't even grown yet! I had emailed and texted them not to, but they did it anyway. They wouldn't change to starting in the middle of May. I've terminated their services and now they're trying to charge for the mowing I didn't want!

I called snip and clip to setup a weekly mow and they got back to me fast and setup service for me, i really like not having to think about my lawn because they will take care of it for me. its great to see a company with high quality customer service and quick responses to quote requests.
