Shanen did an amazing job finding the leaks in the pipes and replacing them. He was quick, reasonable, friendly and got the job done efficiently.
Would have never known there was several leaks if it wasn’t for his help.

I don’t often leave reviews unless I feel I received exceptional service, which unfortunately is not the norm anymore ANYHOW, I just got my boiler serviced by Hard Rok Plumbing & Heating due to some research & recommendations I received from pages like this and I feel the need to spread the word! HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLUMBING & HEATING SERVICE I’VE RECEIVED since we moved to the area 7 years ago. Bill & Chris were super friendly; explained everything that was going on with my system on a level anyone could understand; didn’t have an agenda or sales pitch to get me to buy things or make improvements on things I didn’t need; and didn’t use an opportunity to charge extra labor costs (due to unforeseen issues) against me! This is the first time in a long time where I feel like I can actually trust a company to not take advantage of me because of a lack of knowledge in the field!!! We had some issues with our heaters not blowing air and I called our apartment complex to get service. Amy from the office immediately called me to schedule a visit and sent DAVID to fix the issue. Both Amy and David are 100% rock solid (see what I did there) with their prompt, friendly and professional service. David knew exactly what needed to be replaced and was done with accuracy and speed. I will definitely use their service when I’m ready to build my own house because I can tell that this local business treats their client as community members and not just numbers in the game. Amy was very responsive in getting me a quote that was reasonable. She was helpful in answering my questions and got two guys out to replace my water heater the next day. The two gentlemen (Logan and Cody I believe were their names) that came to my house were fast and efficient, they had the water heater installed and ready to go in a few hours. Hard Rok Plumbing as gained a new customer. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and painless the whole process was thanks to a great service and install team.

Had no heat. Called Hard Rok Plumbing and Heating. Spoke with the owner who came to my home within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the issue and called his employee (Chris) to bring the part (mother board). Chris was very professional and fixed the issue in a timely manner. Highly recommend Hard Rok Plumbing and Heating. Have dealt with numerous heating companies in the valley and highly recommend them.....They are the best.

Sidenote, I'm off the beaten path across a river and even though they do more work on LP/NG they were able to work on my oil fired system which is getting more difficult to find. Let’s just say amazing service!! I called them to service my house I listed for sale and they got me in fast! Jackson was awesome, nice, very professional and even let my son “help” him and explained what things were for! I will recommend them to everyone.

I found them online in a Facebook group. Someone was responding to each comment and I thought it was really kind, so I had them out for a garage heater that wasn’t working. Jackson was great with communication and helped me schedule all my units to be cleaned and my garage heater was fixed without much fuss. It’s been a month and everything still seems to be in tiptop shape!

Prompt and professional service on our home was we prepared it for sale on the market! Highly recommend Jackson for your HVAC needs!

Jackson at Mammoth Heating was GREAT, called at 8:00am and scheduled us for 1:30, arrived here on time, appropriately dressed with needed tools and the knowledge to quickly diagnose the problem and fix it. We were mid-roof install when roofer told us they found a kitchen hood-related item on the roof that required an HVAC guy and could not complete install without it.

I called several companies and no one could even get out to give an estimate for two weeks (and repair schedule month out). A GC friend recommended Mammoth. Jackson called the roofer directly to coordinate what needed to be done, then came out the very the next day (after a full day's work) to fit us in. The next day he came back (after another full day of work) to complete repairs.

Whoever did the kitchen remodel Macgyvered it; Jackson explained everything to me in layman's terms, and made sure it was fully to code (and showed me what was wrong). I also had questions about other stuff in the house, and he patiently explained it all to me and checked it out. Never charged extra.

100% would recommend. Mammoth was professional, honest, affordable, easy to schedule, flexible, and did great work. If you need a great HVAC company, this is it! Couldn't be happier.
