Jackson was awesome and very thorough with our service and cleaning. He gave us a good bill of health for the upcoming winter months and feels good knowing everything is cleaned. Would highly recommend them for any service and will be using them again myself in the future for any repairs or services I need.

Jacob was great. Diagnosed the problem on my garage furnace quickly and was very helpful in investigating rattling issues with my home wall unit. Definitely will call again with any future maintenance.

Jackson from Mammoth Heating did an excellent job cleaning my dryer vent system! The technician texted me a picture ahead of time so I knew who to expect, which I really appreciated. When he arrived, he even put down a shoe wipe rug so he wouldn’t track dirt into my garage — very thoughtful and professional. The cleaning itself was quick, thorough, and my dryer is already running better. It's amazing how fast my laundry dries now! Great service from start to finish — highly recommend!

Started the day with no heat and a call to Kevin who was super nice to work with and he got Jackson and Jacob scheduled to come out within an hour of my first call with them. They both were nice and friendly to work with and explained everything to me along with answering all my questions. Highly recommend these guys!

He’s professionalism and honesty released it out, his knowledge, dependability, and very trustworthy. Jackson and Jacob were both very friendly and informative and listened to the specific issues I had with my Navien boiler and HRV. They were expeditious but took the appropriate time required to do an excellent job and provided an after service report which was a great touch. We first really heard of these guys when we saw their excellent commitment to marketing in the form of their vehicle wraps, walking into our home they put down a themed Matt with their logo on it, and pretty much every step along the way from sending us a text message with the image of our technician before they came They are clearly using technology and focusing on the customer experience which is extremely rare in the HVAC industry, I would know as I worked in it for about seven and a half years. We will be using them again!

We could not maintain a proper humidity in our house. With thousands of dollars of wood furniture, cabinetry and vintage musical instruments in jeopardy of cracking from dryness, we reached out to Mammoth to troubleshoot and repair our built in humidification system (only to discover our home builder misrepresented the heating system and we did not have a humidifier!)
Jackson was quick to respond and provide a reasonable quote for what we needed. He and Jacob got the parts and had our problem fixed in two days. They were friendly and efficient. We especially appreciated how conscientious they were, being careful to not track dirt into the house from outside while carrying parts/tools in from their vehicle, or on numerous trips to the crawl space for the installation. We are extremely satisfied customers!

Extremely impressed with how quick and efficient Mammoth Heating was with our leaking water heater. They got us a reasonable quote and were able to get us scheduled fairly quickly for a replacement. The technician Jacob (Jake the tape!) was extremely professional and worked hard in the cold to get us squared away. He even came back after hours to assist with an issue that was no fault but the manufacturers. We are very impressed with how well everyone has treated us and made sure we were good to go. Highly recommend! Will definitely be using them for any maintenance on our systems.

We are beyond impressed with Kelly and his crew! My family was without running water for 4 months from the cold snap that happened in December, which broke the water line that goes from our well to our house so we’ve been having to haul water this whole time and it's been rough (especially with kids, a 2 year old and a 4 year old) to say the least 😅

On Easter Sunday we learned that our septic froze so I called Residential Plumbing and Heating and they came out, thawed it, AND got our water back running again, all in one day!!

Kelly and his crew are so kind, extremely professional, fun to talk to, and fast at getting stuff done! We are so grateful!!!!!! Thank you guys so much for saving us!!!
