HeatSource Mechanical completed an electric hot water heater replacement for us within three days of my initial inquiry. They were responsive and helpful getting the project set up. They kept us continuously informed as to the status of the project and even the expected time of arrival of the workers. The installation crew (Trey and Tyler) were prompt, professional, and did excellent work. The entire job only took three hours. My wife and I are very pleased with the speed and quality of the work and overall service ethic demonstrated by this company.

Had a great experience working with them. Furnace went out in-between wind storms. Needed a new unit asap and they accommodated. The crew they sent over were efficient and friendly. Accounting staff were very accommodating. Appreciated their work and service.

Servicemen checked out my new boiler system which Heat Source installed this summer. There is evidence that the pressure relief valve is opening and releasing glycol/water through the relief line onto the cement fllor. The Service Reps did a thorough check of the system verifying all pressures and temperatures with boiler in and out of operation — but were unable to duplicate the event or identify any issues … the system checked out fine.

Thanks for arranging your schedule to make this service call — I appreciate that this is a busy time of year for the service men with winter and Holidays.

Having problems with my on-demand hot water system. Heat source was the installer of the system in my residence. They responded quickly to my request for Service. I was able to track their technician right to my door giving me time to secure my dogs. Technician listen to my concerns and went straight to the problem and solved it within five minutes. He then made adjustments to the unit for the weather that we are having so I would not have a reoccurrence. The technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

I spent a lot of time getting quotes around the valley for my water heater, and this definitely seemed like the best one.
Jason & Richard were able to answer all my questions. They finished quickly and were incredibly efficient.
Plus they were pet friendly, so my dog also would give them a rave review.

Our garage heater went out. I called at 10am by 2pm they were gone with problem fixed. We really appreciate the quick service and keeping us in heat.

The technicians have always been very knowledgeable, courteous and professional in their mannerisms. Though they have always been dependable, we’re hoping that we will not have to see them again.,…… under these circumstances of course.

From scheduling to the actual service, working with HeatSource was great! We were given a reminder text the day before and received a text message when Jesse was on his way to our home. The text provided a link to see the ETA on his arrival, which was great to see. He arrived right in line with the estimated time of arrival and wore booties over his shoes whenever he was in our home. Part of our water heater needed to be replaced and he had the part on hand, so it was pretty quick to take care of. While he was here, we signed up for their monthly prepay service for next year's maintenance and it saved us about $120 on our bill today. Highly recommend!

My furnace went out and I was struggling to find someone to come out. When I called Heat Source, the really sweet lady that answered the phone was very kind and got someone out that afternoon. All the other places told me not until next week. They found that my furnace needed a part replacement that needed to be ordered. They got it ordered and came back to fix it as soon as the part came in. They were professional and quick and so kind. I live in Eagle River and their business is in Palmer. No extra charge for travel and their set fee to come out was much cheaper than the businesses here in Eagle River. Thank you for your quick and great service.

The technician, Trey Williams arrived promptly for our after hour call. The furnace problem was diagnosed quickly and Trey made a quick run to the shop for the part. Within 20 minutes the furnace was up and running! The cost was extremely less than what we had paid to another local furnace repair business. We also learned that an annual inspection was half that of the former furnace repair shop.
I put Heat Source Mechical into my phone contacts for next year and I will
request Trey. He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. We are more than pleased with Heat Source Mechanical!!

Heat source were very friendly and professional. They were able to get a tech out with in 30 minutes (Jessy) and let me know the problem. They told me the cost of coming out and running diagnostics. Jessy made sure I understood they may not beable to fix it the same day, depending on the issue or part. He answered my questions, pointing out there were several wind storms, there was a lot of dirt in the filter, and the age of our system.
Once he figured out the problem, he was upfront with needing to order a part, and did not make empty promises on when, but gave an estimation of one to two days part availablity. He let me know there were several possibilities to why the system failed. Jessy also made suggestions on how to keep the house warm until parts came in, if no one wanted to use the fireplace. Lastly, I'd like to add, the office line answers phone calls quickly, provides the same exceptional customer service, patience, and understanding of urgency.

I had my heating system serviced for routine maintenance, and the experience was excellent. The technicians arrived on time, was courteous, and clearly explained each step of the process. They did a thorough inspection and made sure everything was working efficiently before leaving. My system runs better now, and I feel confident going into the colder months. Highly recommend their services.

My husband and I can’t recommend this company enough! The entire team is both professional and eager to please. We had a furnace and duct work installed retroactively in our 1980’s home in Willow, which we knew wouldn’t be an easy feat.

Sway, on the sales team, was our initial point of contact. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions patiently. We called during the busy season, just before the start of winter, and he reassured us that Heatsource would “take care of us.” That one line really sold us on this team. While other companies we’d called made us feel lucky to even get a consultation, Heat Source made us feel like we were part of the family. Sway even made a second trip to our home before the start of the project to go over the plan again and make sure we were all on the same page.

When construction started, we were pleased by the respect the crew showed for our home. They were polite and careful to remove their shoes on the carpet. They took precautions to minimize the amount of dust in the air and clean up after themselves at the end of each day.

Once the furnace was up and running, we had some concerns about cold spots in the house. Heatsource came out again to install a few more registers for us and make sure that we were completely comfortable with our new system.

The owner himself came to our home several times to oversee the project and make sure we were happy with the finished product. He is a military veteran and family man who employs other veterans on his team. We are happy to support his business and will be recommending Heatsource to all of our friends!

Called them when my heater in our sunroom went out. Two technicians came out and didn't seem to know what to do to repair it. They also didn't seem comfortable having us watch them. We let them do their work and afterwards they said they weren't sure what was wrong but would research and get back to us. A month passed and around $200 later we hadn't heard back. We called them and they didn't answer. Called again and they said they'd call back. Another month has passed and nothing. Went with another. (Our heater was new as of 2025, so it's not like they were working with some very aged unknown item. The ignition was bad and the other professional diagnosed it quickly. Got the part under warranty and we're back in business)

HeatSource has come through and saved us on more than one occasion! Our (fairbanks) tech diagnosed and fixed a tricky problem with our furnace, and managed to fix it on a friday evening without needing to wait for the parts store to open on Monday. Thanks again for keeping us warm this winter!

Our garage heater fan wasn’t working properly and with the temps being double digit sub zero and having our water heater in the garage, we needed it fixed fast.
