My husband and I purchased a three canister water filtration system and a reverse osmosis system from Knik Heating. It has been a pleasure working with everyone involved. Alex came to our home and tested our water. He went over various options to help with our water issues. Jeff, the technician who installed both systems was very knowledgeable and friendly. He ended up installing a new kitchen sink for us as well. He discussed what he was doing each step of the way. We have also purchased a furnace and new ductwork from Knik to be installed next month (review to come) and we plan on signing a routine maintenance plan to keep our new systems working efficiently. I would highly recommend Knik Heating from furnace to water to maintenance plans.

We had all the ductwork and furnace replaced. Aiden and Mark were thorough, helpful answering my questions, and very pleasant professionals. Delivery recommend them!

Heat wasn’t blowing through my vents, so I called Knik Heating and from the very second he answered the phone to the time he left my home Aidan was awesome! I can’t thank him enough for his help. The issue was my air filter all along, but it was a huge piece of mind having him take a look and walk me through everything. He was very understanding and professional and provided me information I had no idea on. I highly recommend Aidan. I feel better and I have heat! Thank you again for coming over so fast literally right after I called. You’re the best!

Alex came to my house and did the annual inspections on boiler, HVAC, & shop heater. He was right on time, did a great job and cleaned up real good after jobs were completed. Would definitely recommend.

These guys were booked solid but still got Kevin out in a couple hours to look at my dying water heater. He got it running again, and clearly laid out my options for repair. I ended up ordering a replacement water heater from them, and they installed it today. Installation was completed quickly and professionally. The office staff/dispatch were awesome as well. They provided me detailed and timely updates throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company.

They sure save me for being able to get to my house to fix my furnace and a small problem I had I'm trying to sell my house and they took care of my problem. They had a wonderful workman who really explained things

Save yourself some money and do not hire Knik Heating.

I have been under contract for twice yearly annual maintenance for several years with Knik Heating. I'm going to set aside for a moment that multiple times I've had to correct them when scheduling inspections/service that I do, in fact, have a membership and other minor annoyances/disorganization with the office.

The problem at hand is that I am in the middle of a sale of a home. As my heating company of record, I called them when a tenant moved out pre-sale to report an issue where the heat stopped working. It cost me 218 dollars for them to say that nothing was wrong with the heating system at all - and they did a full inspection from the crawl space to the ducts and such outside.

Three days later, because of scheduling issues with Knik, I had to have another company do the pre-sale inspection. The company listed a litany of issues that they say should have been quoted to me through regular maintenance over the years. While Knik has sent me some estimates for items (That their own technicians on site have told me are just upsales/unnecessary) NONE of those have anything to do with the issues the inspection company found with my system. And that's not to mention that the inspection also listed several 'janky' repairs like snipped wires, etc that were questionable in their intent. Nobody but Knik Heating has ever worked on the system. My realtor was disgusted with the

Now, do I believe it's fine to charge someone to come out and diagnose a system? Absolutely. Work's not free. But to come out, diagnose a system, say it is in working order, then for another company to perform an inspection (NOT work, mind you, just an inspection) to essentially say it's on the brink - with a catastrophic failure mere days later - is beyond the pail.

When I called, after calmly asking to speak with a supervisor and sharing what my concerns were, the supervisor interrupted me many times during the call and more than once was condescending and rude and generally doing her best to escalate the situation, even blaming her technicians on the call and saying I should have a problem with them, not her, 'because I didn't go to your house'. Couple this with the fact that this is actually not the first time I have had an issue with them not guaranteeing their work. I had to call them back three times to fix an issue that was caused (through their own admission later) by their own maintenance work flattening out some piece somehow. And the office manager and I had to have it out over trying to charge me for that fix, as well. They also still owe me an additional biannual maintenance visit for this year that they will not have completed by the time the home is - hopefully, at this point due to their negligence - sold.

TL;DR they didn't do a good job of annual maintenance and it is costing me a lot of money right now in the middle of a home sale.

As far as alternatives go, Rock Solid Plubing and Heating and The Plumbing and Heating Doctor have both done amazing work with me at different houses. Rock Solid did a very thorough inspection, and Plumbing And Heating Doctor installed a brand new furnace at my home and did a great job.

Knik heating had amazing service. They found a problem and gave us all the options and price ranges. They were very polite and efficient. We will definitely be using them going forward for all of our heating needs

My experience was great! They did not come in as the lowest bid on our natural gas conversion project, but I trusted that they would provide me with the best service and quality work. They did not let me down! They did a great job with installing a new, high quality boiler system. There were a few glitches along the way with a big project like mine, but they were very responsive working through the issues and getting everything fine-tuned. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If quality workmanship, quality parts, honesty and responsiveness is important to you, you will not be disappointed.

Very happy with the Service we received. Technician came to Service our heating system and he took pictures throughout the visit and explained in detail any faults that were found. Technician was very Courteous and Professional. Great Customer Service!

The technician Alex who came to work on our water pressure was awesome! He was so knowledgeable, explained everything to my husband (whom asks A LOT of questions), very courteous, and made me feel very comfortable while I was home alone with my baby prior to my husband coming home. He also explained service packages very so I could get the most bang for my buck. Highly recommend!

These guys know their stuff, been working with them for over a decade. I haven’t met one of their technicians that wasn’t polite and knowledgeable; if you’re not careful you might learn something about how your furnace and hot water heater works. Just give them a call you won’t regret it.

Did not meet expectations. Did not do what was lead to believe was being done I asked to have yearly servicing done and was told I would have 3 items serviced for the 260 price. Sounded like a great plan. The techs only inspected my unit and then gave me a quote of 1400 to do the actual annual servicing I had asked for to begin with. I will not be asking them back.

Alex came out to do a check on our furnace and did a great job and made sure everything was in working order! Super professional and knowledgeable and left us with peace of mind that our furnace was operating correctly.

Today our project with Knik is completed. We almost had the whole works replaced with both our upgraded tankless water heater and our furnace. Everything from the initial thorough interview to the final details were done in a very professional manner. Even when we had adjustments done that needed to make sure everything was running smoothly and after normal work hours, they attended to them. They have a very respectful, informative and positive crew working for them. They pick up and left our house clean. We will now continue with their yearly service to maintain everything. I feel confident we are in good hands. Thank you to the Knik Heating staff!

Last week Alex Hall did annual preventative maintenance on our boiler. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Everything checked out fine with a couple of things to keep an eye on. We would highly recommend Knik Heating.

I had a troubleshooting appointment today for 11:00-11:30 am. Alex called at 10:30 and said he was on the way and would be about 20 minutes out he was early which was awesome. He checked my heating system out figured out the problem, which was a simple fix. He was very polite and knowledgeable and so was his apprentice. They left there work area clean and tidy. Price was spot on to the initial call out fee. Highly recommend Knik Heating and Alex for any job. Will be calling them back to do yearly maintenance. Thank you
