Liberty mechanical is hands down the best HVAC company out here. I recently had them out to perform some maintenance on my furnace and tankless water heater. They called the manufacturer and waited on hold for hours to see if my water heater was under warranty. I won’t use anyone else.

Liberty Mechanical is a reliable source of answers for all of my home mechanical maintenance needs. They respond to my questions and help me make the appropriate decisions about maintenance services as well as new purchases. I especially appreciate that the office staff keeps me informed, when needed. Everyone at Liberty is polite and pleasant. I am much better at managing and maintaining my home because Liberty is part of my team, and I appreciate them.

All I can say is wow! Our furnace went out and in the same day, Liberty came and checked out our furnace, found the part and installed it all within 5 hours of making the initial call. Liberty Mechanical is hands down the best HVAC company I’ve worked with. Three months ago, my tenant’s heat went out and every other company I called wanted a call-out fee before even helping me troubleshoot. Christina picked up immediately, talked me through what to check, and still found a way to get a tech over between appointments even though their day was slammed.

Brett showed up fast, fixed the problem even faster, and took care of some much-needed maintenance while he was there. Fair pricing, honest communication, and genuinely amazing customer service...they run a seriously tight ship.
