I had scheduled maintenance for next week, but we had a problem today, and they sent a man right over. He found the problem quickly and took the time to do the other maintenance that I had scheduled for later. Nice guy, very knowledgeable, and efficient. I'll be using them again for my regular maintenance and any other problems that occur in the future. Well done.

Phenomenal customer service and quick response time. Dave and all of his employees go above and beyond for each and every customer. I use them for all of my hvac needs and would highly recommend anybody looking for a mechanical contractor to use them. One of the last company's where you truly feel that you, the customer, actually matter.

Very responsive and excellent work on my furnace and garage heater! This the 3rd HVAC company we've tried in the Valley and will definitely stick with this one. No high pressure sales pitch like another place that always wants you to buy a whole new furnace.

Bowler Mechanical was not only great with communications but there technician Jake went above and beyond. He made it his priority to make sure we had heat in our house while we waited on parts to fix our heater. Jake recognized issues that were over looked by other competitor technicians (Heat Source) saving us thousands of dollars in repairs. By far best HVAC company servicing the Valley!

As a Residential Contractor in the Valley for over 20 years I have used Bowker Mechanical and have had nothing more than top notch service at a very reasonable price. They are knowledgeable of all aspects dealing with heating, HRV’s, fireplaces, venting, duct work, etc.. Bowker Mechanical is a superb locally owned business!

My wife and I were out of state, I had a problem with my heating system in Sutton, I called them for help.
At first they were booked, then Mackenzie called me and advised they had a tech that could go by and have a look. I communicated with the tech, and let him in. He went right to work. He then called me to advise I needed a part, this was about 5:30 pm. He left my place, went and fetched the part, came all the way back, installed the part. Bottom line, I will use them again in the future. Outstanding service, outstanding willingness to get the job done, my heating fixed, and made sure we didn’t freeze up. Quality Professionals. We called Bowker after a horrible experience with another company. Browker tech showed up and figured out the problem in 5 minutes. The price was reasonable and fair we will be using Bowker for all our HVAC needs in the future.

Excellent service from the office staff and technician that came when I had no heat.

Bowker mechanical responded immediately to my call when my furnace zone controls failed. The staff there is quick, focused while working, and the best price. I would contact them again with any other heating issues I have, and will have them do the install on the heating system when I build my new garage.

I called Bowker’s after hours number and was helped to diagnose my problem with my York furnace in minutes, over the phone. The owner was patient and helpful until we were able to fix the problem. Very grateful that one of the companies I called was able to help after hours on a Friday night. Bowker has been out to service our furnace and other heating units before and will continue to be the company we use and trust to keep our home running properly.

Being new to Alaska and new to the type of boiler/furnace situation we have, we were referred to Bowker..... I am pleased to say our experience was above excellent! Nathan was on time, friendly knowledgeable and fast! Very fair pricing and it came with a warranty, parts and labor, sign of good work if you ask me. The parts were on truck so we didn't have to continue to go without heat. Nathan was able to fix our furnace when two others couldn't! I highly recommend Bowker!!!

I am a fairly knowledgeable person for fixing my hearing unit, but was stumped. I called Bowker 5-10 minutes after they closed thinking I would leave a message but they answered. They said they could send someone now at after hour rates or if I wanted to wait for regular rate the next day. I chose the next day and they had a guy out the next morning, he was on time. He figured out the issue right away and not only fixed it, but also did some clean up from the door and debris from when I worked on it. I highly recommend Bowker to anyone who needs professional and honest service.

Bowker Mechanical was a wonderful company to work with on the full replacement of our heating system during an extensive home remodel. Dave answered all our questions, and the installation was done in a professional and timely manner. We have been so pleased with the performance of the new system as well. My husband and I were very pleased with the work that Bowker Mechanical performed at our home, i.e. replacing our old furnace. The employees arrived on time, they were polite, professional and meticulous in their work, and they did a great job removing our old furnace and installing the new one. We were having issues with our gas fireplace. We were able to set up an appointment within a few days and Caleb was prompt (even able to come early), very professional, and the price was fair. We will definitely use them again.
