They tried to help me out on my infloor heat and left and gave up while making the problem worst told me to use someone else! That is a awesome business plan. Good plumbers but the Boiler service is poor.

We do not recommend this company and will not be using them for any of our properties moving forward. The manager was rude and difficult to work with.

Mat Su Mechanical. Emailed through the website to get a competitive quote for a control board in the heater in my garage. No response. Followed up with a phone call. Girl on the phone said “Yeah, got your email (thanks for letting me know) but we’re just waiting to hear back from our supplier on the cost before we can get you a quote. I’ll give you a call either this evening or tomorrow and let you know what we’ll charge. That was before the first of the year. Thought about calling them back a second time but, really, I just don’t want to have to work that hard in order to give you hundreds of $$$$ of my business.

Had a leak in my kitchen sink line that I couldn’t fix. Called about 10 plumbers, none of which could get out here for days. One of the managers came out and the job was done within an hour of my initial call. I will definitely keep you guys in mind for the future.

I called them and told them the fan motor on my garage heater was making a bad noise and i thought the bearings were bad. I gave them the make of the unit. They showed up today,listened to it run and agreed the bearings were bad. They charged $200 and said they would call back with a quote on the part. I called a local plumbing supply company and was quoted 135 dollars for the motor. I called matsu mech. 3 hours later when i hadnt heard back. They informed me the sales person was on lunch break and was going to call back soon to let them know the price and they would call me back. 3 more hours and they called back and said they called the same place i had called and were quoted $170. Hard to believe i can get a better price than a plumbing company. I asked if i wanted them to install it what it would cost, since i paid $200 already for them to confirm what i told them on the phone. They said $140 an hour. I know they have a business to run but if he had the part when he showed up it would have been 200 total not a seperate call out. I've been a local for almost 40 years and i imagine i have at least 40 years left. Thats 40 years of business ill be giving to someone other than matsu mechanical.

Matsu Mechanical just put in a new furnace at my house. They are always responsive and prompt - from the office managers to the techs. I appreciate them and their professionalism. Looking forward to staying toasty this winter! Recommend!

Mat-su Mechanical has the best costumer service I have seen in a long time. I had to do a call in after hours and the Kyle was super helpful and very reassuring in my time of need. This company will always get my business and I feel they are a company that puts costumers over anything else.

I am so thankful I called Mat-Su Mechanical. I received a quote and diagnostic from another business to repair my HVAC, and quickly realized I could not afford the repair...someone recommended to try Mat-Su Mechanical, they did not ask to come and look at the repair over again, they trusted the information I provided (saved me $ on another call trip), their office communicated clearly, and they were able to repair the problem not only quickly, but also saving me half of the original quote. I will be sure to call them again, should I need anything else. Thank you!

While deep into construction of a new home, the boiler went out in our current home. Financially, the timing couldn't have been worse. Mark Sampson stepped in and gave us a great price on a new boiler. His guys showed up on time and they finished on budget. Mat-Su Mechanical did a great job taking care of us.
