JD as well as the other folks at PHD are absolutely AWESOME! I had a water leak, and JD came to my somewhat remote cabin after hours and stopped he leak as well as provided other tips on how to keep the issue from happening again. I had another issue with my tub not draining AND I NEEDED MY NEW TOYO installed. JD did it all, and he again went above and beyond to offer tips on how to maintain and improve items in the cabin. I highly recommend PHD.

01.14.26 Daniel came out and replaced the accordion sink piping with smooth piping on three sinks. This will resolve the gunk build-up in the accordion style p-trap, as the new p-trap is smooth pipe, so will eliminate drain odors.

Holiday emergency with plugged plumbing ! JD promptly called after I contacted the office. He was at the house within just a couple hours. He was professional and quick with a fix.

I needed a little pipe work done under a sink and they were able to come right out and got the job time in a very timely manner. I also had them check our well pressure tank that I thought might be having an issue. They confirmed it was, and explained what and why it was occurring. They gave a few options on fixing it and were able to come complete the job within a few days.
After they left there was a small leak and JD rushed right back out, corrected the issue and communicated very well the entire time.

They provide excellent service. Navien authorized repair company. Even sweep up the dirt that accumulated during the new installation. Everyone is very nice to deal with, including providing me with paper invoices that I request. Thanks again.

JD did an excellent job with locating the source of the leak and replaced the tubing to the HRV unit. JD did an outstanding job installing our new toilets and gave me some preventative advise as well. JD explained what he was doing during the visit and did an amazing job. Highly recommended and reliable!

The PHD crew, JD and Tony JR, were timely, honest and professional. They devoted an entire day replacing our aging furnace and installing a tank less water heater. in February. I can not recommend Plumbing and Heating Doctor enough.
