GREAT customer service! And they ALWAYS are willing to go that EXTRA MILE to help!! Been a customer for a few years since I tried a FEW other COMPANIES that had FAILED in maintenance and repairs. They came in and RESCUED my Heating Unit spending that extra care and time. DEFINITELY a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!

Very professional and patient! Inspected and fixed the busted pipes in our mechanical room, got the warm water working again in less than two hours, and fixed the poor job a previous plumber had done. Will hire them again! These are the guys for the job!

AK Clearwater Mechanical and Technician Gus are amazing to work with. All aspects of their call in for service scheduling as well and performance to getting the work done is top notch! Delays due to high volume aside AK Clearwater will continue to be a favorite service company i recommend to clients in my Real Estate business.

These people are great! I had a call back within minutes and hot water within a couple of hours! This is my third or fourth time working with them on different heater and plumbing issues and they have been wonderful every time!

We were tight on finances and with a leaking pipe during Christmas- my husband and I attempted to be creative at fixing it ourselves. While we fixed one thing, another problem occurred and then another. Three days with no water and at our wits end, we called for an estimate. Jim arrived within an hour and inspected the issue in the garage. He then took the time to go down to the crawl space to inspect all the plumbing. He determined the issue was a simple fix we weren’t aware of. He let us know how we could fix it- and didnt charge us at all! So sweet and really made my day. I’d highly, highly recommend him as I felt he was incredibly honest and there to help. Will call him for all future needs.

All of our carbon monoxide monitor(s) went off at 3:00 a.m. last week. We immediately turned off all of the propane lines to the house. The next morning, we contacted AK Clearwater after a friend's referral. After detailing the problems, they immediately sent someone to our residence. After several minutes, the problem was solved - the original installer (NOT AK Clearwater - original installer had left the state) had not installed the correct orifice for propane. The proper orifice was subsequently installed, and we now feel safe in our home again. We are very pleased with their prompt response and professionalism. We'd highly recommend them to anyone needing mechanical work (either personal or professional).

They came to check heating system and made some adjustments. Then came back to install new system. Came back 3or 4 times to make adjustments. But very prompt and helpful. Had to adjust a couple times so new system would match where room heat controls were on walls

Wonderful experience with Clearwater! Called on a Friday, they came to do the bid the following Tuesday! Actually came through with a very good bid 2 days later. They put us on their calendar the following Friday! Quick, efficient, very professional and the purchase/installation of our new tankless water system was up and running! Seamlessly. Not to mention, we added a bunch of honey-do plumbing needs to the bid and they worked them in as well!

I cannot sing their praises enough! AK Clearwater Mechanical did all the plumbing, heating, and HRV systems in our new home and they installed our MASSIVE fireplace! They are wonderful to work with and have the BEST customer service! We even had a couple of issues after we moved in and when I called them they came right away and resolved the issues quickly and professionally. Call them! You'll be SO glad you did!!!

Customer service was responsive. Estimator was prompt. Quote was extremely reasonable. My issue was urgent and they did their absolute best to squeeze me into the schedule. Technicians were polite, efficient, and tidy. Overall great experience. Will recommend and use again.

My water heater was reaching the end of its life cycle. Knik came out to the house and ran through several options. Estimator was very knowledgeable and transparent. Crew was on time, courteous and professional. Installed a tankless water heater and softener. It’s been about a month since installation and no issues. Everything working like it should. Office folks are excellent communicators. I’ve been in the contracting business for over 30 years and Knik is one of the best all around contractors I have worked with. Great team and great value especially if you’ve got a busy schedule and just want the job done right the first time with no issues.

Jared called about 20. out to let me know he was on the way. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He did a super job in his maintenance checks on the furnace, water heater ,and garage heater. He was very helpful in answering my questions and gave me confident that everything was in good working order. Great job, very helpful ,and reassuring. Thanks Knik heating for a job well done.

The technicians came to my. house on time. They did a good inspecting both my furnace and hot water tank.
The head technician explained what needed to be done after the inspection. Very professional workers.

Knik Heating replaced our boiler and installed a new water pump. The A-Team of Alex and Austin did a great job and were always prompt, professional, and hard working. All the techs and staff that worked with us were fantastic and we appreciate all they did for us!

$17000.00 for a system that they would not warranty. $6000.00 for another, and in less then 2 weeks the new units broke. Enjoy paying them to have no heat or water from the new units you pay for!the tech was just her 6 days ago.

Plus, he went above and beyond by showing up early. Professional, knowledgeable, and punctual - highly recommended!

Our experience with Knik Heating has been wonderful. They are very responsive and helpful. We have used them to troubleshoot and solve plumbing problems, service our furnace/hot water heater, and for installation of a new hot water heater. Everyone is very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Entirely overpriced. Inaccurately refers to "code" to urge consumers into paying their prices. Beware and shop around for quotes.
