Jackson came out to do maintenance on my furnace. He provided the “wow” factor by bringing his own doormat, removing shoes before he came into my home, and made sure that he kept his work area neat and tidy.

Before he left, he provided insight and suggestions on things we should start thinking about regarding maintenance and replacing the furnace as well gave a list of things to look out for so we knew when it was time to replace it.

Jackson is AMAZING! Love that he texted a photo of himself to let me know what he looked like. Came in and got right to work! Explained everything verbally and also wrote a detailed explanation for each item he inspected and cleaned. Made sure every question I had was answered and no hidden pricing. Straight forward about what he was doing and what he was looking for in all three inspections. He inspected garage heating unit, gas water heater, and the gas furnace. Jackson also took his shoes off and carried them to the crawl space entrance. Thank you Jackson for putting our minds and hearts at ease. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and integrity are amazing qualities that went beyond our expectations! All three inspections and cleaning were under $500!

I can’t say enough great things about Mammoth Heating! We needed our heating and ventilation professionally cleaned along with an inspection done asap before closing on our house.
