House Cleaning reviews in Avondale, Arizona

When we started having our home cleaned by The Cleaning Authority, we had a 3 person team. Once they were finished, a Quality Control person came through and checked their work. Over time, the team has been 3 people, or two people (case in point - today), and the Quality person has mainly stopped by - not to check quality of the clean afterwards, but to help clean for a while.

The quality of the cleaning declined, citing rings and marks still on counters and tables, to unclean toilets, to un-emptied trash cans, to dirt and crumbs on the floor and frankly unwashed floors. I have taken the Quality person through the house a few times, each time noting similar issues that I have taken photos of and sent to the owner. I called and spoke to the owner), sharing that the team said they were pressed for time, and did not have adequate time to clean our house, and if that was the case, I requested that the company review the time, and adjust our pricing… I was looking for a clean home, and if that cost more and took longer, that was okay. He said the time was adequate to clean the house well.

Today, two people showed up to clean, only one that I recognized from prior cleans. Part way through the clean, the Quality person showed up to “help clean for a while”. She left after a while, before the folks cleaning were finished. As for the two that were left, I’m not sure when they finished, as no one let me know they were leaving.
Today here was the result:
*Rings and stickiness left on tables and counters and furniture not dusted,
*Toilets, sinks, and bathroom not cleaned well,
* Wet paper towel wiped across tile floor in kitchen comes up dirty.
I could go on… trash not emptied, baseboards dirty, picture tops not cleaned… but I have mentioned/showed all these items at one point or the other to the team, the quality person, or to the owner via email or phone in the past…on several occasions. While twice the Quality person - there after the team left - agreed with me and even one time stayed to clean further, the issues (the same issues) continue. Today, all these issues took place (as well as others I photographed but did not send…)
After trying to provide every opportunity for good service, we have had enough.

Overall the crew does a great job. Will be reaching out to make some minor changes to the rotation schedule. Thanks!

Tina and Issac are absolutely the best! Always on time, always polite and great to talk to, but most importantly their performance is stellar. Tina always follows up in the last cleaning and asks where she can improve. This is exemplary work ethic. Thanks Tina!!!

Tina & Issac did an out standing job as usual . Always on time , very polite and get along very well with our dog which is very important to us . We are very happy they are our cleaning crew . Been with them for years. Thanks again .

The team shows an attention to detail and they're fast and efficient.

Crews are professional, efficient, courteous and personable. We've been using The Cleaning Authority for about 3 yrs and plan to continue.

Team 5 is great. They take the time to get all my house clean. I appreciate their efforts.

For the past year, we enjoyed a regular cleaning service led by Tina. Her team has always done a great job and we can always count on her team to be prompt in meeting their schedule with us!

We have been very happy with the different crews which have cleaned our house but an exceptional job was done by the latest crew consisting of Sami, Des.ree and Ro. Special thanks to these three ladies.

The Cleaning Authority SWV cleans my home once a month. They do an excellent job. Team Tina, Issac and Vanessa were here today. They are polite, professional, attentive to my comments and go about their work with the end result being expeditious and organized. My home always sparkles and smells clean when they leave. I trust them completely. I leave when they arrive and they lock up when they finish. I definitely rate them a "5" and have recommended them to my sister, which she hired TCASWV to clean her home. She normally ends up with the same Team as I have. Great Job!!
