Two young ladies from Team 3 (Lille & Jenna) came this morning and did an excellent cleaning job.

It’s really nice to get a consistent experience with insured and bonded employees. I’ve had one item accidentally get broken, and they came to me to let me know and there’s a specific process for handling. Accidents always happen, I just really appreciate the proactive honesty, even if I didn’t need it replaced. Some teams are better than others, but that’s to be expected as well. Most everyone has been terrific with our dogs also, and I greatly appreciate that as well. Are they perfect, no, but they’re very good, reasonably priced, and I don’t have to clean anymore. Definitely recommend their services!

They came out to my brother and sisters house to do a deep clean after a passing of a family member they did an amazing job and were very professional and careful with all the items in the house. They worked very hard and we are very pleased with all the work they did. Would definitely recommend! They were also very upfront about fees and there was no hidden fees. I spoke with Alan and he was very helpful and kind. The two cleaners we also very helpful and friendly

I hired this company for a move out cleaning. The quote was for 2 cleaners for 5 hours which should have been more than enough. First thing I will say is that you have to specify every single item you want cleaned or it won’t get done. For example: on a move out you would think the kitchen would include refrigerator, microwave, stove, and oven but it does not unless you specify each item. I did specify inside and out of all cabinets, closets, and pantry’s and they completely skipped both pantries and some of the cabinets. Next I specified deep clean in the bathrooms and showers and again the completely skipped the top edge of the showers as well as the window seals which windows were another item I specified. Going along with windows and glass they do not clean the tracks. Baseboards and floors were another thing that was on the list and some of those were not completed as well. They finished the job 20 minutes before the full 5 hours and while I was not charged for that I would have preferred that they used it and got all items done. When I called and sent pictures they immediately admitted that the job was not satisfactory and that they would send someone out to fix or complete the items that were on my list. They asked if I wanted them to use the additional 29 minutes and be charged for it but at this point I said no because I didn’t want to be charged anymore for something I was most likely going to have to pay someone else to finish. When they went back they only spent 20 minutes and did not compete the items missed. I would definitely not recommend this company and if I can I will share the pictures that took so you can see just how awful things looked when they were finished.

Mom and I love cleaning authority. They provide the same team to clean and offer weekly, bi-monthly and monthly. The ladies we have, Andrea and Bev are friendly, prompt, efficient and thorough. The house smells wonderful and is sparkling when we return from errands. I love the App they have because it tells us timing of arrival as well as tracks progress of cleaning. I can check my phone for when the house cleaning is complete. The company is wonderful to work with including email, text and a phone call away for any issues or questions. No issues at all!

I booked this cleaning service way in advance on Apr 26th 2023 to come in for cleaning on May 16th. I was ok for someone to come and look at the house to give a proper estimate. But they said its ok to do it on the phone. So they decided to skip the process. I have gotten deep cleaning before and never told that the house is too dirty. They come in and tell me, theres too much dust and hair in the bathroom. I mean dust in AZ is so normal! In AZ, dust acumulates like in 2 days after u clean. So they tell me they will reschedule for the rest of the cleaning. And when I express my frustration, I am told I am disresptful! And how are they not being disrespectful by telling me last minute that they cannot clean because theres more dirt then expected. Why didn't they do a proper estimate when I called 2+ weeks in advance? When I made the appointment I was told "our girls show up on time". Only 1 girl showed up on time. After that I get a text at 11:30, saying they will be 30 mins late while the original appontment is at 11:00. And after they show up, they are busy estimating/ talking for the first 30 mins. Why is ok for service people to charge us a hefty price which I had no prob paying and then show up late and make excuses for the tardiness and somehow all this doesn't count towards being disrespectful and unprofessional to my time and money? But if I happen to explain my frustration with their service, they called me disrespectful! They charged me $200 for a the kitchen and 1 sink in the bathroom! I am left hanging even though I did the due dilligence of booking in advance on April 26th. I would have been ok if they would have just charged me more and finished the job! This is an incredibly horrible service! And no baseboards were cleaned! Very unprofessional! The worst cleaning service I have ever used in the valley!!! I am definitely filing a complaint to the AZ consumer court.

Bella House Cleaning Srevices is a new company that acts like a long established company. Lisa is an effecient and very appropriate communicatator with excellent software to support the business. This group is prepared, effecient, thorough and you never have to guess if they if they will be there when promised. Plus the prices are very reasonable!
I've tried several cleaning services in the last few years, and for me, Bella is the best!
