We’ve had this company for over a year. Lisa is accommodating and very easy to work with. Her staff is prompt, friendly and do an excellent job. We are so great-full we found them.

I was originally hesitant to allow a stranger into my home but Lisa is phenomenal. The service provided is amazing and the ladies are so friendly. I would 100% recommend using them!

Lisa the owner was extremely rude after I pointed out some concerns once the cleaning was complete, instead of talking it over with me she started off by saying that I am trying to nic-pick everything and try to get out of paying my invoice. Not sure what I did to upset her so much that she would treat a paying customer so rudely, and when I called her she had the worst attitude and was telling me how disappointed she was, she was degrading and extremely unprofessional. Don’t pay them to clean your house. Hire a respectful company who doesn’t go after you right away when you ask about certain things. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. And I hope Lisa the owner fixes her attitude and learns how to talk to customers - Very Unhappy With The Way She Runs Her Business.

We had a rental that needed to be cleaned. Lisa was able to personally go there and give me a quote within the hour and had the cleaning scheduled the following morning. The cleaners did a great job! Definitely would recommend and use them again!

I have been using Bella House Cleaning since April 2023 and am so pleased with their service. The ladies that have come to clean are very professional and sweet. They are not always the same people but all are professionals. They pay attention to the details and do a thorough cleaning. The price is reasonable for this market too. My experience with the owner and her assistant have all been pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them.

I have used a few home cleaning companies in the past and I have to say this is the best I have used in the valley. They are very detail oriented and respectful of me and my belongings. The in home estimate was very insightful, pointing out things that even I over look. I ended up scheduling a deep clean for the house that is a decent size. The 2 cleaners that came (Brooklin and Myranda) were amazing. They were polite and friendly, and did a great job. From the shower glass that was spotless to the oven I had requested to be cleaned as well I couldn’t be happier. And to my surprise they were in a position spirits the whole time; which I’m sure can be hard when cleaning all day. As they were finishing they took me on a detailed walk around to ensure i am happy with everything and they didn’t miss anything. I was so surprised at the level of cleaning they do. I am most certainly keeping them as my house cleaning service. Brooklin and Myranda thank you for everything you do and being positive.

I just had my deep cleaning done by Bella and was very pleased. From the first time I called to when they called to make sure everything was good after I was very well taken care of. From Lisa the owner to the great ladies that came to clean, they were the best. I will continue using them.

Lisa came out with her crew and looked at my house, told me what they will do and set up the appointment. I was very impressed with her kindness and professionalism. She came to my house with the cleaning crew the first time to help get into my house and make sure they understood my “Cat free Zone” room. The girls respected my wishes and the door was shut when I came home from work. The crew is also trying to tackle some sticky stuff on top of my fridge and it looks like it’s coming off!! I really like this company and hope they will continue to make me happy!!
