Jevon called ten minutes before his scheduled arrival window and promptly assessed the washer's Ol error code. He told me the reason and suggested a new washer would be the better choice than to repair my 14-year old unit. Curtious, customer value forward, and prompt. Additionally, Bobby and Penny were friendly and efficient in handling the phones and they where very helpful. I highly recommend Appliance Works.

The office was able to schedule a service call for the next morning. Javon came and diagnosed the problem. We discussed the pros and cons of repair vs. replacement and I decided better to replace now due to the age of the washer and protection for future repairs. Javon advised me on which brands to avoid due to his experience of working on various machines, which was very helpful and also confirmed by the salesperson.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained all work being done completely, answered all my questions. Replaced all shelves in freezer after completing the system checks. Before he replaced the dust panel behind the frig he allowed me to vacuum out back of frig behind the dust panel. Definitely would call him back for any needed repairs. Always polite and coureous.

This repair service was outstanding. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my dad’s equipment and were both friendly and compassionate throughout the process.

Javon did a great job with our dryer repair. Hit the agreed appt window, diagnosed the problem quickly, had the parts and was done in 30-40 mins. Pleasant and professional. I would use Applicance Works again.

We called Appliance Repair after hours on Tue, left a msg. and then called again to follow up around 8am Wed. We needed help with our oven door which wouldn't fully close anymore. This was the Wed before Thanksgiving (when almost everyone needs a functioning oven).
Duane was scheduled to swing by Wed afternoon. He looked at the problem, and thinking 'outside the box', using a 2x4 he was able to tweak the oven door good enough to make it close all the way.

Looked online for someone to replace my ice maker. Appliance Works had very good reviews and were local in Phoenix. The technician, Edwin, was prompt and courteous and took his time to diagnose that yes indeed are as maker had died. A few days later he returned and installed the new ice maker. The initial fee for the service call was deducted from the cost and labor of installing the new ice maker. We are very pleased with their service.

Edwin is a very professional and experienced technician. He does such a good job and explains things so I totally understand issues and how to best solve them. Appliance Works is very fortunate to have Edwin working for them and serving their clients. I have total faith and trust in him.

Javon was a pleasure to deal with. Called about 45 minutes prior to showing up on time and worked hard in the sweltering heat. He fixed our dryer at a very reasonable price, in fact a lot less than I was expecting. This is the third or fourth time I’ve have Appliance Works out and they continue to perform at a high level. Highly recommend! Edit- I live in Phoenix so I believe they are a valley wide company.

Appliance works is the ONLY company I will use for repairs. Javon was my service technician today, he was fantastic!. He was curious, on time and knew what was wrong with my dryer and was able to repair the same day. I chose Appliance Works based on their Google reviews. I can't recall the last time I needed an appliance repair so I had zero referrals. Javon was great, just an $85 repair in addition to a new sprayer arm via Amazon ($20). He could have tricked me into a whole new unit and I would have never known! I'm very appreciative of his honesty. I will definitely use them for future needs. Thank you Javon! (For putting up with my 3 dogs too!) 🐶

The technician Duane was friendly and answered all my questions. Very informative during the repair of my washer, that has digital control panels. Runs great. Highly recommend.

My request for service on my 14 month old Whirlpool Washer was booked the day I called. The gal on the phone was very pleasant. Javon, the tech, arrived on time and was very nice. He recalibrated the washer and the problem was solved. He was here about 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend Appliance Works and Javon to my family and friends for any Appliance issues they have.
