The communication level prior to the service visit was outstanding. Also, Riley called just before his visit and was at our house promptly. Riley was informative and very personable.He diagnosed the problem quickly and showed us the problem while fixing it. We will definitely use Appliance Works in the future and will ask for Riley to be the service tech.

The service technician, Matthew was communicative and very pleasant. This is why I'm giving 5 stars.

Washer was leaking. The company charges a $85 service fee which is deductible from any service performed (this is very fair). 15 minutes to take apart the back of the washer and diagnose...hose part ordered...came a few days early. 15 minutes to fix. I paid $450 plus tax for the LG washer on sale...it cost half of that to diagnose and replace this hose. :/

Very pleased with Appliance Works! Very professional and knowledgeable. Work was done in timely manner. Ricky the technician that came out was able to explain the problem and solution without any high pressure sales pitch. The office staff was very nice and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would recommend them to anyone looking for appliance repair work.

I don’t typically leave reviews but I had such a good experience with Appliance Works that I wanted to share it. First, my initial call was answered immediately by a real person. They offered to come out that very day and repair my refrigerator even though it was not an emergency. My technician Duane was superb. He explained things thoroughly and answered all of my question. I won’t hesitate to use them again for any of my appliance concerns.

Javon was amazing! He replaced worn out springs in our washing machine and got us back up and running in under an hour! He was friendly with our two Frenchies who can be a handful when guests come over. His professionalism and knowledge were great. This is the second time we have used Appliance Works to repair our appliances and would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

We appreciate Riley T and Penny so much for setting the appt and arriving in a timely manner to look at our dryer ! He was able to locate the problem right away and give us a satisfactory solution...had so much fun, too! Always happy to refer my friends and neighbors now, too!

Gave me a call when he was 10 minutes away. Mathew was on time. I had time to get the dogs secured outside. He figured out the problem quickly and had the repair done as quick. I would use Appliance Works again.

Mathew was great. He showed up in a timely manner and was good at communicating with me since I could not be on site. I asked him to explain things to my elderly dad before he left and he was good with that too. Appliance Works is the best and so are their technicians!

Called yesterday and got a next day appointment which was super important from a time standpoint! Javon called when he was on his way with a prompt arrival. Introduced himself with a hand shake and walked me through his diagnosis and repair plan. He was clear about the costs and time to repair. Had the part on him and showed me the bad part that needed replacing. He cleaned my unit and got it all working (sorry about the dog hair)! Great guy, not to be creepy but smelled nice and was VERY well presented for the company! Definitely wouldn’t let him go! Thanks again for the professionalism and job well done! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Customer Service and Dwayne, the Technician, were fantastic. The part we needed was ordered and installed efficiently! A big plus was that our Koda really enjoyed Dwayne's company :-)

As an out-of-state landlord, I have called on Appliance Works for many years now. They somehow are ALWAYS able to get me scheduled quickly. And, without fail, they ALWAYS manage to do a repair or replacement quickly and efficiently. Just had Javon L to my property's 2 residences, and he was terrific -- quick and great communication -- quick and efficient repairs. Thank you APPLIANCE WORKS... I highly recommend them !

Appliance Works is the only way to go when repairs are needed! The entire process from start to finish was unlike anything else I've ever dealt with! The representative that initially answered the phone and assisted me in making the appointment was cordial and professional! She was polite and courteous. She explained what was to take place, who the person coming out to my house would be, and exactly the time frame!! Daniel was the technician who was assigned to diagnose the problem with my fridge and make the necessary repair(s). He was cordial, professional, and everything one could hope for when he introduced himself and listened to what I had to say!! Excellent people skills!! He instantly instilled confidence in everything he said. Whoever hired him, made a great decision!!! If I need any other appliance repaired, I will call this company and insist on having Daniel come to my home and make the repairs!! He did an excellent job and left me 100% satisfied. Thank you!!! Excellent company and highly respectable tradesmen they employ. Have used this company 4 times now; for a malfunctioning washing machine, refrigerator compressor replacement, and ice dispenser. Very reasonable prices, prompt dispatching, and knowledgeable technicians. The last 2 instances they sent the same tech out, Edwin, presumably because he had worked on the same issue 6 months prior (no fault of his own of course). Very professional and timely resolution in each instance. I will refer this company at every instance to anybody in need of their services, and I hope they continue to provide the same excellent level of service that I have received over the last few years.

I asked my spouse to schedule an appointment for them to take a look at our dishwasher. Not even 5 minutes into "checking" it was suggested that we'd be better off buying a new one. Interestingly enough, I decided to reset and recheck one last time before buying a $500+ replacement; it's working!!! Paid almost $100 for someone to come out and say "well, bummer you need a new one". What a joke!!!!! I'll very well be the anomaly for my neighbors. The reason I chose this company was for the ratings. I really hope the reviews are in fact factual - otherwise, written by AI. Otherwise, shame on anyone who misleads the next with false "good reviews/ratings".

Duane from Appliance works was very efficient and found the problem with our dryer immediately. He pointed out the problem area, what caused the problem and assisted us in finding a replacement since the cost of parts to fix it would have exceeded the cost of a new one. The billing was fair and I highly recommend this company and Duane! Thank You

Dwayne came out as the time said. Excellent service, unfortunately he showed me how a mouse had chewed up all the wires on the washing machine. Gave me his honest opinion of what we should do. Very happy with a service call would definitely recommend!

I called these lovely people at 8am and the repairman, Duane, was at my house at 9:30am. Duane was amazing. He did all the things to diagnose the problem and then was very honest about what the possible solutions were. He actually recommended something that did not benefit them financially- except for ensuring that I will recommend them to anyone that needs an appliance repaired. And I will absolutely call on them if I need in the future. Fantastic, honest and friendly people. Highly recommend.

Duane was our technician; this company has a great individual that demonstrated courtesy, humor and a real easygoing attitude. Really awesome experience. It took a little time for the part to be ordered. The service outshined the wait, would recommend and will use in the future for in home appliance repair!

Duane was awesome. Came out for my washer. Turns out it wasn't working due to an error I made. A lot of companies would have replaced something that didn't need replacing. He went through everything with me and gave me some tips on using. I'm definitely keeping his card for when another appliance needs work. Lydia in the office was so sweet too when I called. I understand now why this company has a 5 star rating!!!
