I’ve lived in the valley my entire life and know many repair companies. I’ve had most companies at my home to fix various appliances. Felix repair is by far the best. Up front and honest pricing. They are fast, responsive and care to do a great job for you. I highly recommend Felix repair.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. We were having issues with our Whirlpool refrigerator. It was 10 yrs old and a residential fridge in our fifth wheel. Mike & Manny were the technicians that came out. Over a 3-4 week period they replaced some parts but nothing seemed to work. Finally they recommended that we replace the fridge. We have an extended warranty so they called our warranty company with their recommendation. Mike told us they did not do installs but since we had been so patient they got approval to do the installation to keep us from having to start over with another company. Mike ordered and delivered a new fridge, took the old fridge out and then gave us the bad news the fridge would not fit through the door. Our option was to either send the fridge back and order a different one which would take 6-8 weeks or remove the door frame. We opted to remove the door frame. Mike and Manny could have left but they stayed for four hours helping my husband remove the door frame, get the fridge inside and put the door frame back in. What company would go that far to satisfy their customers. They stayed with us till 7:30 pm to make sure we had a working fridge and a door back on. What great customer service. If you need appliance repair I would definitely recommend Felix Appliance Repair. You can count on them.

Working with Felix Appliance repair was a very positive experience. I called to request repair for my Dryer and received next day service. Mike called in advance to let us know he was on his way for the scheduled appointment. Mikes work was quick, professional, complete and fairly priced. Should I need repair work in the future, I would definitely call Felix Appliance repair.

After having two other appliance repairmen to the house in over two months with an appliance that didn't work, Mike and his partner came. They were thorough, professional, compassionate and caring. They explained the different things that could be happening and researched the electrical wiring. They recommended that we contact an electrician rather than working on our relatively new appliance. These guys know their stuff and we would recommend them to anyone who needs an oven/stove repaired. They gave us great advice and now we're cooking again. They deserve five stars.

We have had the pleasure of having Tyler from Felix Heating and Air in Casa Grande come out to diagnose and repair our furnace 2 times now. Both times we found him to be professional, friendly, and most important, very experienced and knowledgeable. In fact he is returning soon to replace our 20 year old furnace . I would highly recommend him and Felix!
