Labor is extremely expensive..even more expensive than the dishwasher itself that's only 2 years old . i could've bought a new dishwasher from the beginning without having to pay the service fees.

Duane is wonderful! He is efficient, prompt and NEVER leaves a mess behind to clean up. They are a reasonably priced company that does not find things wrong to up the price. Highly recommend them.

By far the best service tech we have ever had. Friendly and diligent. Went above any beyond. Most people probably would have just tried to cut corners because trying to tip a refrigerator back in an attempt to get a better angle to vacuum and clean underneath would be something that most people would just do the minimum and he was willing to allow us to assist him with tipping the fridge so that we can get a better clean. We also noticed after he left that we left a wallet with a bunch of cash sticking out of it on the counter and at any point he could have stolen it but he didn't even touch it. We also were expressing the fact that we were annoyed that we don't use the ice maker we will never use the ice maker and we were upset that it was taking up too much space inside and he removed it for us.

Duane, was so polite & knowledgeable. Turns out, I didn't end up having any issues with my oven, like I had thought. He explained to me in detail as to why I had a glitch with my oven. The service call was very reasonable & it's good for 30 days if I have the same issue pop up again...my go to people for any appliance repair.

Steve is a technician I'd be proud to have working for my business. Extremely competent and diagnostic ability, identified and repaired our refrigerator. We had a great experience with this company! They called us within 8 hours of putting in a repair request and were at the home the very same day. They quickly diagnosed and resolve the problem. The tech was very courteous and explained everything thoroughly.
