While setting up new fixtures their sink installation was completed neatly which ensured a proper fit and finish.

The sink pipe came loose under my cabinet. I reached out and they fixed it fast. They secured all the joints. It’s stable now.

One evening, the toilet began making loud noises after flushing. A plumber adjusted the fill valve inside the tank. The problem disappeared. Very professional help.

The kitchen faucet base was leaking water. Their team replaced the worn gasket. The repair was quick and effective. No leaks since.

Tom Holder told me that they mostly do new construction plumbing. This was after his two young associates could not figure out how to take the Price Pfizer kitchen faucet apart to install a replacement cartridge. Mr. Holder was very glib and cavalier in my initial assessment meeting with him and likewise when he offered the excuse about the kitchen faucet. So if you want to chance using him for service work; BEWARE!

Called 12/15/20 because of a leaking water line after I tried to replace a sink faucet myself. This company is extremely professional, courteous, and by far the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They actually care about the customer. There are still good, honest, professional companies in the world...and this is one!

I’m very disappointed with the plumbing service. Jose took nearly 4 hours to install a single toilet, even though the old toilet was already removed. The hourly rate is $165, which is incredibly steep for the amount of actual work completed.
He also began installing a shower but couldn't complete it due to lack of knowledge in troubleshooting the system. To make matters worse, he spent over 20 minutes cleaning up and another 20 minutes writing the invoice, both of which were included in the billed time. It's unreasonable to be charged nearly $70 just for those non-technical tasks.
It felt like he was working the clock rather than working efficiently. Overall, the service was overpriced and incomplete. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on this experience.

We've had good work from Mr Holder in the past, but he seems to have handed over the operation to Jose. We had a water heater that needed urgent replacement, but they didnt answer their website request, and when i finally got Jose on the phone he said he come out the next day... but then an "emergency" came up and I had to ping him to get a response... finally, after 3 days he said "honestly, it will take me 3 weeks to be able to come out". Just tell me that upfront dude not 3 days later. No reason to use Holder plumbing anymore.

The plumber dispatched did not text his arrival or introduce himself at the door. Although we purchased the Professional Maintenance Service, almost none of the checklist was completed. Our bill was not itemized for labor, parts or broken out into the three different tasks completed. One item was added to sanitize the RO system which was not approved. We still have issues with water drainage. Questions asked have not been answered adequately by the GM.

Stephen was very thorough in giving us an estimate for replacing gas piping to our BBQ and fireplace.

Richard was professional and efficient. Fixed our issue in under an hour. Would highly recommend.

Mike Lopez did an outstanding job on our slab leak in the middle of our kitchen island. The project was extremely difficult to complete and he knew exactly how to repair the underground water leak.
Mike also replaced our instant hot water heater the previous month. Outstanding customer service and workmanship.
